The absolute worst ever. I actually sat around for over 15 minutes press the buttons. They never took my order drove to the drive-thru. Never took my order. Pulled up at the window did not take my order and ignored me. Heavy set guy came out from inside and completely ignored me. Multiple drivers going through drive-thru just pulling off angry. They only serviced one car that was there.

Imagine having Texas toast and a thin sausage patty and cheese to eat; it’s rather unsatisfying to say the least. I had to remove a slice of toast to east this since they forgot the egg. I was the only person in drive thru and nobody in the stalls at 9:10a, so it’s not like they were busy. The young lady was not friendly when I took the order or when she handed me my drink and food. She would open the open and just hand out what she needed with nothing to say, not even a smile, thank you…nothing.

I ordered my drinks on the app and waited 20 minutes for my two large drinks. My drink was flat and I asked for new drink, had to wait almost another 20 minutes for this new drink. The drink is still flat and taste old. I won’t be drinking my drink at all but I want wanted to get out of there before I spend an hour at sonic waiting to get my drink fixed.

This is absolutely ridiculous that you can order and pay online with a selected time, and then have to wait at least thirty minutes to actually get your food. it took more than five minutes for them to even respond after I pushed the button, and then cut me off so I had to try it again. They’re not busy, and with work like this I can see why. I’ll drive 3 times as far to a different sonic before ever coming back here.

Waited several minutes for someone to even answer at the drive thru (they weren’t busy), and then had two different employees open the window and ask what I ordered. Once I got my food, I opened to make sure dips were in bag, they were not. Had to ask for marinara for cheese sticks and cream cheese for cinnasnacks and then got rude attitude like I had the audacity to ask. Get home, somehow the cheesesticks are overcooked, but the cinnasnacks are still cold in the middle. Waste of $10. There were like 7 employees in the kitchen. Too many cooks? Idk. But def need to be better.

Service was very nice and easy to talk too I got my drink very quickly ( around 4 minutes ) My order was a blue coconut creme slushy with nerds and I got everything but the nerds were not blended in ! Also if you order ahead on the app most of the times you will find a good deal and get your meal/drink for more cheap although you can not purchase a creme drink in the app.
