I tried the Mongolian Beef this visit. It had just the right level of spiciness. The green onions and onions paired well with the beef both in size and flavor contrast. The beef was tender and delicious. The noodles had just enough sauce; not to the point where it was dripping with sauce. I didn’t add any soy sauce. I will definitely order this again!

Stopped in for lunch and was seated right away. Waitress was great she even thanked me for making her aware of my daughters peanut allergy. Food was great! We ordered Salt/ Spicy wings, chicken fried rice , wontons with chili oil and Mongolian beef stir fry. Everything was a great size and we had leftovers. This is the first place in VA where I’ve seen salt/ pepper chicken. They had it in SD and even though this isn’t the same it’s definitely great and I’ll order it again.

A casual place to dine in. The decor would be better if they remove the “noodle man” on the brick wall. Food-wise, too many to choose from. Our server was very nice, and recommended the bestsellers. I got the tomato brisket hand-pulled noodle soup. It’s very good. It reminded me of a very good pot roast. The noodles were a notch more than okay. I think another minute would have been cooked perfectly. We also ordered fried rice, which was a bit bland but tasted really good. The blandness made me taste all of its ingredients and the smokiness was perfect. Then the stir fried Mongolian beef with glass noodles was really good and gluten-free suited my wife’s sensitivity. My son always order spicy food, and he got the hot and spicy ground pork noodle soup. I’m not a fan of spicy food, but he like it. I will definitely come back; so many more to try.

Fairly new location for this Chinese inspired noodle restaurant. The food was very fresh and delicious. We watched the chef make fresh noodles in the kitchen as we enjoyed our plates. The pork wontons in chili oil were delicious but seem to fall apart very easily, couldn’t even pick them up with my chop sticks. The Kung Po chicken noodle dish was amazing, hence the 5 stars. We wanted to try the salt and spicey chicken wings, but they were out of stock. The restaurant is clean and has a modern style. The staff was fast, friendly, and attentive. I did not like their lemonade, but I will definitely be back.

First time dining here. I am from Taiwan. The beef noodle soup was pretty close to what I get back home. The noodles were freshly made. Bouncy in texture. I do think the beef could be a little more tender. Wings were crispy and well cooked, I do love the seasoning but it was a little too salty for me.
