Every time I’ve gone to this location we order and they always tell us to pull up for our total. We get to the window and pay but are immediately asked to pull around to the parking lot.

I decided to come inside the store rather than wait in the long drive thru line. I approached the counter where it took nearly 3 minutes for someone to tell me I had to order via their kiosk. after fumbling thru the ordering process I have to go back to the counter to pay as I was using cash, what a waste of time! the guy from the kitchen comes up with gloves on handles my money then goes back to making food with the same gloves! how mortifying and disgusting! I alert the manager who coaches the employee and makes him change his gloves but doesn’t throw away the food he had already touched! I’m then given my food, a mix of tainted glove touched food and food not touched by his foul fingers and I leave the store. the food I was able to eat was good, and yes I only got a 5 dollar box but come on! I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location again.

Spent about $10 here, thinking I was going to get an edible lunch, instead what I got was stale taco shells, beans in my burrito that look like they’ve been sitting out for days, and just a small pinch of any other ingredient, such as meat. 2 5 layer burrito with mainly old inedible beans, a doritos taco with a shell that was hard with no crisp (stale), and a cheesy gordita crunch, again without the crunch (stale) and both of the tacos were only about 10% filled. I would advise staying away from this location, unless you want food poisoning, because if they can’t even keep beans and shells fresh, who knows how bad all the other ingredients are. Other than trying to serve me garbage, the people were nice, though.

Worst taco bell ever in Kansas city. First off it’s 7pm and the doors are locked then the girl that brings the food out is extremely rude and has a attitude its the gurl with the long black and blonde braids down to her ankles and glasses. Then the menu says I’m supposed to get dipping sauce with my volcano combo when I asked about not receiving it she says we don’t do that here and went inside and locked the door. She is definitely not friendly and should not be in customer service at all

I ordered the Double Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito and it was delicious. It was made well and looked great. You’ll need napkins but it’s worth it.

Poor service in general I seen a Male employee smoking I’m not sure but it smelled like marijuana and another employee had came out right behind him she looked like a manager very very skinny she had no meat on her bones would not recommend

The food wasn’t bad but the smell outside before you walk in will make you not want to eat there.

This is the worst taco bell in Kansas city. I pulled in at 11 at night. The first thing was said was, we are out of tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce. I repeated it just to make sure of what she said. The actual manager came back on and said, if you knew what I said then why are you repeating it. I was like wow, am I being pranked. So I went to talk to her about her behavior and to let her know that your putting this young cashier in harms way by talking to customers like that, she doubled down in attitude and jazziness. She was very comfortable in knowing nothing was gonna happen to her. I called customer service and told them about the incident so they forwarded it to the district manager of the area and I was suppose to receive a call. Never did, so I guess that is why they are so comfortable disrespecting customers because they are stressed out and the General Manager is running out of the most important ingredients in Taco bell. If the district manager don’t care then, everyone under their jurisdiction will take the same attitude. This was the poorest experience I have had from any restaurant. This is why I stepped down from General Manager of quick service restaurants because you don’t have the support needed so you just work until your burnt out and then you quit.
