We were there 2 weeks ago and unfortunately I made the reservation at the wrong Mingo (there is one at NW). Fortunately, Mingo at SW Crescent was able to accommodate us. The dishes were delicious! We had the ravioli with beets and the risotto – both were amazing but the ravioli was just out of this world !! The tiramisu and olive oil cake were wonderful! We would definitely come back! Amberlee was delightful and friendly! Her recommendations were perfect! Hats off to the chef/s and the kitchen staff of course! The only thing I can think of to improve is the kids meal. It didn’t really match the quality that the adults were getting.

Food was good but not great! Downtown location is much better. But I know they have separate owners

I had a lovely dinner and drinks on the outside patio while catching up with an old friend I haven’t see in almost a year. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent…. Until we were asked to leave so they could have our table for another reservation. We were instructed we could finish our drinks at the bar. I have dined at classier restaurant all over the world and have never been asked to leave our table to accommodate another reservation. Thankfully there are lots of good restaurants in the Portland area for I will never be dining at Mingo again. If your looking for a place to unwind and relax with friends and family, this is not the place you will be able to do that!!

We were surprised at the terrific food and wine. We had pasta, salad and pizza between three of us and it was all cooked perfectly. The service was amazing, the person that brought water and clean plates was quick and friendly and our server Leigh was incredible. She was so friendly, responsive and accommodating. She gave menu recommendations when we asked and other staff jumped in to bring our dishes from the kitchen as the dishes were ready in the kitchen & Leigh was assisting other tables so that nothing got cold. It’s clear that the management of this Mingo is doing a terrific job and also treating employees well. They seem happy to work there. We will definitely be back even though it’s in Beaverton and we live in Portland and have plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s worth the drive.

This place is somewhere between casual and fine dining. The atmosphere feels laid back and relaxed. The place has a really open layout with lots of tables and great lighting. Went for lunch and had the risotto with mussels and clams. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Lots of parking across the Max line too.

This place is so good! Went here with a big group and had wonderful service and food. EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious and the cocktails were so fun. They have a great indoor/outdoor space that is not too fancy. Will get busy so plan ahead. Can’t wait to go back!

Sadly the place has no plant based options, so we can’t go out to eat when the rest of our family goes. We went one time and they were able to throw some (delicious) marinara sauce on some pasta, but with literally nothing else – no other veggies or protein. No salads, appetizers, or desserts. We left feeling hungry. If they add options I will happily return!

The food here is great but it seems to rarely change. I could come back in three years and I doubt much would be different. It’s great quality and decent but they are not mixing much up. The service is always fantastic though and good recommendations on wine and desert options. Atmosphere is a little loud when I come here.

We had appetizers and drinks, then got dessert to go. The calamari was the best either of us have had in the NW. Every other place just doesn’t get it right. They got the perfect recipe for the batter, I swear. The gnocchi was incredible as well. I got a non alcoholic drink that was absolutely fantastic. We haven’t touched our desserts yet (the olive oil cake and tiramisu) but I’ll be sure to update here when I do.

It’s nice to see the old vibrancy back, now that the vaccination certificates are no longer required. My husband and his friends enjoyed salsiccia pizza, ravioli, pesce and wines. The lasagna only has a dinner menu, so next time I would like to have dinner here with my husband.
