I went to this location for a pickup order. They had the restaurant doors locked forcing us to use the drive thru. There were a few cars in line and we had to wait. As we approached we let them know we placed an order ahead. The order was ready. They had me pull forward and wait in the line to the window where my food was immediately handed to me after name verification. The food was still warm but you could tell it had been sitting. This could probably be solved by allowing customers inside.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to eat in my car because they aren’t having inside dining. I ordered the Garlic steak sandwich combo and it was really good. Luckily I had asked for extra sauce because they didn’t put enough sauce on it for me. After taking care of that it was one of the best that I’ve ate in a while!!!

Just went through the drive through and paid way too much for cold fries and rotten lettuce on my wife’s wrap. Been watching this location slowly deteriorate and now it is complete. Will never visit this Arby’s ever again.

We got or order and the fries were cold and stale and our child’s 4 piece nugget’ had a jalapeño popper. Suppose she ate it she is 5 . So really it was a 3 piece . I’m really disappointed. This location has gone down in service . Even the Sprite we got tasted like tap water .

Both meals I received weren’t fresh at all and the fries tasted old and cold. Incorrect wrap in the bag. No straws in the bag. I should have checked the bag and food before pulling off because I would have given the bag back for fresh and CORRECT food.

Stopped by for a chocolate shake, didn’t take them long at all. But what really made me happy was seeing that they actually wiped off the exterior of the cup before handing it to me. Something most places don’t do and should when it comes to milkshakes.
