Terrible customer service. I had to call to get a missing item that I didn’t receive with my order and I had to wait forever for a manager to get on the phone even though I could hear them answering other peoples calls so I hung up and called back and the manager Informed me the reason I had to wait so long was because they were so so busy with a smart attitude. This is the second time in a couple weeks. That I’ve had an issue with this establishment and now I have to drive 20 minutes back to the place to receive that missing order , but best believe from now on I will order from somewhere else

I will never order from this place again. I placed an order for 20 pepperoni pizza and all of them were cold and undercooked. Pizza was super tough to even tear apart and serve. $135 order. Waste of money! Never again! Super dissatisfied!

Terrible customer service and My pizza was not hot after standing there waiting 30 min after I paid my CALL IN order. They didn’t even call my name when it was ready. I had to ask them to check if one of those boxes were mine, after someone finally acknowledged us waiting. So many people walked out and didn’t order. They were busy making pizzas they had to stop accepting orders, but they were not calling out the orders they already had just sitting there. Also my pizza was over cooked (Extra Crispy)

This establishment is one of the worst places in Clinton. Unfortunately, its the only Little Caesars in the area. I request a fresh Crazy Bread Combo to be made. Unbeknownst to them, my employee is checking out & tells me they did not make a fresh one. Once before, one of the employees at the Manager’s director, took the bread out the pack, put on an half layer of butter & sprinkled on additional parmesean. Please revamp this Leadership at this location. Well aware since the Pandemic, help has been difficult to retain but this is absurd. Pizza over cooked. Unfriendly staff etc.

Disgusting store, they always throw their trash on the ground by the dumpsters. Can’t even clean out a car and throw your trash in there. Saw workers from the other stores in the building having to try to maneuver and not even get their trash where they needed to because of Little Caesar’s.

Due to my medical condition i cant wear a mask i told them that as soon as i walked in and they repeatedly told me i needed to wear one anyways. Then they just ignored me the for the duration of my vist. I asked for my condiments and they didnt even acknowledge me. This will definitely be my last time going to that establishment. And i hope other do the same. No excuse for rude services.
