Okay so to start I do really like this place. They have great sandwiches! I especially like the wise guy, the boss and meatball. And their roast beef is a nice rare roast beef. However, their bread really sucks! Also, this is not a place for you to get the steak and cheese. So if you’re craving that get that somewhere else.

North Florida Tasting Room
One of my favorite places to patron when I am in south Saint Augustine. Such a treat to order from this family owned business. Mamma takes your order and her son runs a fast and tight ship as he prepares the heavy on the meat New York Italian style hoagies. They also import & have for sale many Italian delectables! You can eat in or take out but to be sure you will love it all!

Wonderful, I had a hot Pastrami sub that was great. I bought some pasta and olive oil to take home. I will probably buy some deli meats the next time. Excellent staff.

This is the Italian deli that all are measured by. I can’t say enough about this place. Their subs are on point and very inexpensive. No short cuts here. They make their own Italian sausage. You can’t buy Italian sausage anywhere in St Augustine that is anywhere even close to as good as theirs. Teramisu, forgetaboudit! They have homemade ravioli, stuffed shells, all sorts of stuff I can’t pronounce and of course all of the meats and cheeses and everything else you would expect to find in a real Italian delicatessen. Do not leave without trying their Italian roast beef!

I heard great things about this deli. I decided I would try it, I ordered a chicken parm and sausage and pepper sandwiches, I spent $30, tiny 2 12 inch bread sandwiches is what I got, so disappointed! I think I got 2 bites of sausage , some sauce and a little pepper in my whole sandwich. The chicken sandwich was dry and tiny. I really expected more from this deli. Maybe there other deli sandwiches are good, but I won’t be trying because I feel I wasted my money.

If there were more stars I would give them! Dude this place is the best. From the salamis and aged cheese hanging from the ceiling to the wonderful staff to the rainbow cookies that taste like you’re kissing an almond angel, I only had to eat one sandwich from there to know that I will be back at least twice a month until I either move away or they set a cot up for me in the back! But for real check this place out you won’t be sorry!

What a gem! This place had the best Italian sub I’ve ever had, got the #3 Italian all the way. They also had a good specialty soda selection and fresh meats and cheeses you could buy. Everything we had was delicious and if we are back in this area we will definitely be back! Our friends from Denmark referred us here and I’m glad they did!

I love this place. It’s a true New York style Italian Deli, which down here is almost impossible to find. I drive over 30 mins from Palm Coast for this place. Anything from a hero to their sausages, eggplant, you name it, it’s all fantastic.
