The staff was incredibly friendly, and I’m sure they were ready to be done for the night as it was around 1045PM when I ordered, but the breadsticks were hard as a rock and useless to eat. Nothing against the crew, just wished they would have realized it. Nothing you can do about it when you get home and realize it, it’s not worth the drive back.

The worst customer service ever. Calling to check on an order (multiple times before that too!) which was supposed to be delivered 20 mins earlier, and hear that the order won’t be delivered for another 20 mins. When the reason behind a 45mins delay is asked, you will get the good old “the driver is doing two deliveries at a time, they will be there shortly”. Cmon Pizza Hut? Step up your freaking game.
