I’m glad we finally have a Taco Bell here. The customer service is probably the best out of All the restaurants here but they need to fix that drink machine.

When I walked in, I was told I had to use the machine to order. When my order was ready the girl that made the food just threw the order on the counter. I had to ask for cups. I asked the lady at the front desk which seemed to be the manager for my cups and she looked at me as if I was bothering her and just stared at me for a few seconds and then handed me my cups. I said thanks and she never said a word. I had a big order and was not asked if I needed a bag for my food or a drink holder. My tacos were also stale. Every other time it has been pleasant with the workers being friendly but today the crew just seemed to be very rude!

Ordered number 6, chicken chalupas it even says it on the receipt and they still gave me beef. Coming from a long trip and couldn’t even go back . I don’t eat BEEF which is why I order chicken in the first place. The only ones in the line I really can’t tell how they managed to get it wrong.

Service is fine and food is what you expect. Lobby closes at 8p.m., not listed time. Lobby drink machine is almost always out of syrup so asking the staff to fill up your drink is a must.

Forest, Mississippi, do not ever have the lobby open to come in to eat, Covid mess is over. They tell you it’s because of plumbing issues that’s a lie, because we came back in January same thing

Stopped in for a To-go order around 5:30 on 12/7. A young gentleman in a hoodie made my order and did a great job. Portions were great, which is rare, and I was pleased by this as I spent extra for extra cheese. The food wasn’t very hot but that’s ok, I heated it up and it was very pleasing. Thanks Taco Bell.

Forest ,Mississippi Taco Bell is the worst, they don’t ever open the lobby always closed. You asked why and it’s our plumbing, that’s every time we go . They are just lazy don’t want to clean, need to get workers that want to work.

The food was good. I decided to go inside since I had a picky order and everything was correct when I received my food. The lady who took my order was nice and on point. The food was delicious. Much better than Newton Mississippi Taco Bell whose rice is crunchy on many instances.

Horrible I can’t speak for the afternoon crew but the night shift is Horrible they close the lobby or tell you it’s closed been twice now was told the lobby was closed both times only to see them let other people in they appear to be discriminating at the door also appear to be using and dealing drugs in the parking lot wouldn’t stop here again if it was free

I ordered the catfish sandwich, and it was great çoming from a chileburger place. It wasn’t the largest sandwich or smallest I have got for $10. The drink was cold without ice. The fries didn’t have any crunch but were hot. I ordered from the drive-through. There was only one car in front of me and I spent 8 minutes from order to window. For a hot order, it was expecct.
