Ordered Italian and it had no meat and a cheesy beef that was a meatball sub with no cheese! Had someone elses name attached to bag and husband took back and they said too bad and wouldn’t give us what we ordered. Wont go back!

Just there today, had to wait 5-7 minutes to order..seen by 3 people but ignored…order 3 sandwiches and a large fry..got home and have half of a large fry and 2 sandwiches were + onion when we specifically stated no onion…waited 25 minutes for the to go order. Got home to send comany6 and email in the contact us….filled it out 3 times only to have it say it wasn’t working, so I cant contact them to complain, so turned here instead….1 star was the lowest I could go.

Employees were very nice, however my vegetarian sandwich was missing cheese & very skimpy on the veggies, no teriyaki sauce. I asked for all of these ingredients when I ordered. They gave me a slice of cheese. Our fries were ice cold, we were the only ones in there. They remade fresh fries for us when we asked.

I called to place an order while I was driving around the parking lot trying to get my baby to finally take a nap. The girl on the phone was so understanding and so nice about my situation. She said my food would be ready in about five min and sure enough it was ready! I did go at a slow time but the staff at penn station is so sweet and this honestly made my day! My baby finally took a much needed nap thank goodness and I quickly ran in, paid in less than a minute! Thank you so much

Although I hate to do this, traveling all day and making it back home late at night, we had very few options as to where to eat. Fortunately, Penn Station, which I have never patronized in the past was open. We were reluctant to go on in and place an order because from the outside of the store looking in, it appeared that they had already cleaned up the store and grill and were ready to shut err down for the evening.
