My daughter and I came here for a lunch after the beach and the restaurant was clean and the interior design was on point. The server was nice and we received our food quickly, it was also very slow. The food did not deliver. The empanadas were salty and the lobster rolls were also salty and tasted like over manipulated and seasoned tuna or cheap crab, we sent them back and got muscles in a curry sauce. The muscles were a good size and fresh but the curry sauce was out of a package and not authentic at all. It’s a shame, wanted to love this place. I anticipated the owner or manager would come over and say somthing after we sent lobster rolls back and no one did. We won’t be coming back but I truly hope you re-evaluate your menu and kitchen for people still willing to come. The muscles tossed in oil, chili’s and garlic would have been great. A crab roll with fresh lettuce, tomatoe and palm sauce would have been good and less salt over all would be awesome. Also, maybe a French fries made from platanos with a crinkle cut would give you an edge. Just some thoughts because that was bad, I never send food back.

The setup is nice. The waiter was good. The menu for the drinks had no prices. My husband didn’t eat because what they specialize in was not on the menu (Rob’s Kabobs) so for 3 drinks and 3 empanadas he paid $75 which was overpriced. I felt bad for requesting that he take me there for our date night and he didn’t even eat and had to pay so much for so little. I ended up taking him to Texas Roadhouse when we left there.

First time eating here and we will DEFINITELY be back! Well priced, didn’t have to wait on a friday night to be seated. Everything was delicious, try their guava bbq on the chicken wings and their sliders with tostones buns. clean restaurant clearly they took a lot of time to set it up. Irondequoit is lucky to have this business in town!

Husband and I stopped for dinner/drinks. Everyone there was super friendly. We had a great time. The food was wonderful and I was extremely excited to find out that they had GLUTEN FREE buns!! I am celiac and got a burger with side salad with no issues. They listened and knew my concerns (which is not as common as you’d hope with a serious food allergy). Prices were better than expected and atmosphere was great! Will definitely be going back.

I came here with some friends before a beach day, and we were super happy with our experience! I got the stuffed avocado special and we split some loaded fries and they were both incredible. The ambience is divine, the food and dessert were exceptional, and the food was some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Blue Palm is our go to spot no matter if its a family meal with my kids, parents, and even grandparents, a lunch with my clients, or if its a night out making memories with great friends. The food is unique and delicious, the staff is always pleasant and enthusiastic, and the environment is uplifting and full of classic Latin vibes mixed with hometown comfort. A clean, cozy, Caribbean feel that I would recommend over and over again.

I have been here twice and both times the service was absolutely terrible. This time we all weren’t ready to order, 4 of us, she took 2 orders and came back and took the other 2. So our food came out 20 min apart. Salads had no dressing, condiments were not provided, needed extra napkins, order of wings never came and quesadilla had no sour cream or salsa. She never came back to check on us, I had to flag down another waitress and fill her in and go to the bar to get water. She was on her phone and taking care of takeout orders. The table next to us walked out, their food came out and was put on an empty table. The wings were cold when we finally got them, but our food was delicious, the kitchen did an awesome job! Another friend came and joined us, we were done with our food, went to get our own drinks at the bar, the plates sat for an hour. We asked for our bill, that took awhile and we had to ask again. They need to figure out their front of house or they can’t expect to be very successful.
