I seriously just picked up two pizzas from here. And both of them are still under baked. I attempted to call the store to request a refund. But the number says it’s not in service. Decided to go into the store. The person working the register was acting like I wasn’t just in there earlier. Called another employee over and non would give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas to him. After he asked for a picture for proof and said it wasn’t enough. You could clearly see the pizza is under baked. He said he didn’t know what he was looking at. Terrible experience. I didn’t get NO REFUND. My only accomplishment was I managed to loose them two sales while I was in there. I had no problem telling other customers about my experience. I wanted to save them the disappointment as well. One person was in there before me. Trying to explain to the same cashier she had allergies. And the cashier was just giving her a difficult time. I told the customer to save her time and money and go else where. Because I was in there requesting a refund for my under baked pizzas.

This is more a complaint about anyone but the ONE person working when I picked up pizzas. The fact they would allow only one person to run an entire store is an indictment on the higher ups and corporate. I did this job, for this company. They’re terrible. The bottom line is make as much profit on as much underpaid labor as possible.

In the “Before times” pre corona if you will, this place was LEGIT. Great service, decent food in and out and on your way. But after that. This place has absolutely fallen apart. Horrid service, cold undercooked food, just pitiful. A husk of its former self. But I guess thats kind of popular nowadays huh?

If you want pizza dough out of the trunk, then be my guest! I had to wait so long for our food and I seen this man walking in with uncovered pizza dough right out of his truck! I ran out of there as fast as I could! I’m sure this is not hot and ready! I will be calling be calling the corporate office! If you look at the bottom right of the truck you see the dough!

This has to be the worse Little Ceasars in Georgia. I came in the store no one was at the counter to take orders at all, after standing there for several minutes one of the employees came to the front several times looked at me and just walked off Finally a young lady came to the front and just stood there no greeting nothing. This is the worse customer service around.
