KFC commercial shows nuggets as regular size nuggets. Well KFC has turned popcorn chicken into their nuggets. I went after watching the commercial and thought I would give it a go…….2 12 piece nuggets cost me $15. See the picture to see the disappointment. The other food is good and the service was great, but STAY AWAY FROM THE POPCORN NUGGETS! Sauce pack is there for size reference.

LOL what a joke! Literally walked out of this place five seconds ago laughing. Mr. Grunge was standing out front with another employee smoking and joking. I follow them into the restaurant and order chicken. Mr. Grunge responds, “We are on hold for chicken.” Not just spicy or regular, ALL THE CHICKEN! Bahahahahhahaha. Eat at your own risk!

Went in to order a 12 a piece and you can see chicken full in the keeper behind him. We couldn’t do the 12 so we would settle for 8 and would pay extra for the two wings to be legs instead, or order the two piece in addition to the 8 piece and get legs, as we have done that plenty of times. He refused to look to see of he could even meet our request, and I can see bin full of chicken. He calls an employee cleaning tables over and he says we got mostly wings and breats… mostly does not mean that you do not have 4 legs or cannot cook 4 legs when you don’t close for another hour and half. If they were completely out and had no more to cook, I would understand.. But that was not the case. Went to Lee”s Famous Recipie, was told we would have to wait 5 minutes for legs, and we said no problem..

I put 1 star because I couldn’t select zero! Honestly it’s terrible every time I visit the location but today really took the cake! I went through the drive through to order the new chicken nuggets and like always they were out of chicken. Its KFC! How do you not have chicken???? Guy told me everything was frozen. It 5 o’clock in the evening. The management really needs to step it up. This is unacceptable customer service! Absolutely terrible I will never go back!

The food is fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS. I had a slight issue with my order and the local manager made it RIGHT in minutes. If all businesses were ran like this clean and well-ordered KFC, the world would be a grand place! And those BAKED BEANS are to die for!

If I could give this KFC a Zero I would. Seriously have no idea how they’re still open. I have gave this KFC specifically five separate chances and each time I’ve had to leave the drive-thru. No chicken the wait was 25 + min. One time I was told I could not have all legs in my 3 piece meal. (even if I paid for it?). Today my brother tried to get a potpie None were available. Tbh I think they don’t care to make any money there. I ended up going to Popeyes chicken every time. Smh. So as of today my family will not go to this KFC anymore. Waste of time really.

If you would prefer 1 hour+ old chicken and a disrespectful female manager to tell you that you have no business telling her how to run her store because you asked “why”…then look no further! It’s guaranteed to have old chicken anytime after 8:30pm when they close at 10pm because they shut down the fryers and begin cleaning around this time after dropping what they think is enough chicken to last them until close so that they can leave on time.
