I highly recommend no one goes to this checkers no more. The food is always cold, The drinks has trash in the cups.. Not even filled all the way & The food tastes horribly bad. My double fry lover burger, It didn’t even taste like a burger. When I got my food not a single hint of warmth from the bag. If you come or order from here?!! YOU’RE WASTING YOUR TIME!!!!!! Eat somewhere else. Didn’t even want to finish my meal.

The staff was very friendly. I loved the food. The service was quick and nothing to complain about. But note that there is no restroom at this checker’s. Also the locality is a bit sketchy with many homeless people nearby. Would not recommend it for families.

the customer service was very good i even gave them a tip because they took my order still after the fact they were only taking online orders. BUT i finally went back to my dorm and my chicken tenders was raw i didn’t even notice until i bit into it, like they weren’t even cold it was just raw uncooked meat :(. i loved how they gave me a refund and apologized for it but this is their third time lol the first time i ever tried this checkers i got a raw burger and got food poisoning from it (i wasn’t sure if that was the reason so i tried it again) and the second time the food was just cold and sweet ?!? idk but yea the third time was this time (raw chicken tenders) :/ wish i could give a better review but im done with this place ! ik it’s a fast food but it just gets worse each time .

Refused to take my order in store with no line, and told me I had to use Uber Eats or Door Dash. Neither app had the pickup option, so I showed the cashier that I didn’t have the option for pickup. They told me to order delivery and just pick it up myself, but I still would have been forced to pay the delivery fee. Staff was rude and dismissive, and offered no solutions.

Would give zero stars. Ordered online while still open according to hours and having just served someone when we had walked up there. Only to have someone come out at time of pickup and say “not gonna lie, but we closed” when there was still a couple hours left till they were supposed to close. Didn’t have the courtesy to tell us as we were standing out there. And upon inquiring about how to cancel and get refund, they just say they can’t help us. Maybe if the app had a way to cancel, wouldn’t have a problem, but the fact they basically brushed us off without any form of resolution is completely unacceptable.

I tried to speak with a manager about my order being wrong and after 30 minutes nobody stepped into the lobby to address my concern. Heck, Someone could have just remade my order right and it would have been fine but yeah, would not recommend.

In town for an event? Excited that you found a place near your hotel that’s actually open past 11pm? Don’t bother. I walked in at 11:30pm, when they’re supposedly open until 4am. I was asked if I’m picking up, and I responded that I’m placing an order. Employee just said “Naw” with no further explanation. Based on recent reviews this seems endemic to this location – pick up only if you pay extra for Uber eats or door dash. Maybe they’ll make food for you if you order online, or maybe not. IF this location is pickup only – make that clear somewhere, your website, Google, etc. If your employee is lazy or your location is understaffed, then have management fix that instead of having the employee make the executive decision to not serve customers and go out of their way to reject them at the door. At the time of this review, this location’s rating is 3.0 stars. Let’s see how low it drops in the coming weeks given their apparent unwillingness to fix a problem that’s clearly been present for months, based on reviews. Get it together.

This location only does door dash orders, so they say. I walked in and everyone is just standing around. When I got to the counter at 8:30pm on a Saterday they told me they were only servicing Doordarsh orders. I only came here because my daughter is up the street at children’s hospital and this qas the closest checkers. Very disappointing and a waist of time.

Absolutely awful service with an attitude. Look out for the downtown homeless and other poor atmosphere that loiters around during the later evening and night hours. Double check food that is in bags, as there is a good chance there are things missing or completely forgotten
