Great pizza. I wish they would cut into triangles instead of the small pieces. I’m sure I could’ve requested it but didn’t think about it before placing the order. App was a little clunky but still very doable. Still one of my favorite chain pizza places.

My husband first took me to a Donatos in Columbus 27 years ago on our 1 year wedding anniversary. To this day Donatos remains my favorite pizza! Sadly, we don’t have any close to where we live, so occasionally, we make excuses to drive to Lima (which is the closest Donatos to us, which is still a couple hours away). It is always worth the time and cost of driving that far. My absolute favorite is the traditional thin crust pepperoni. Nothing even comes close in comparison!!

They have switch over to a call center instead of actually talking to someone at the store to place an order. Twice I called and didn’t order, the person had broken English and didn’t understand a simple question. Very poor service with the call center. People and food, are great in donatos on Elida rd.

This is our go-to for pizza dine-in. For a family of 5, easy to please everyone. We usually do the pepperoni pizza, brick Street bread with Asiago cheese, and twice baked chipotle wings. Get them twice baked and they are amazing! Our 10 year old scarfed down quite a few! Everything we’ve had has been great. Staff are always friendly, store is clean, and we see many to-go orders.

Quite easily my favorite pizza place here in Lima. Store is always clean, food is always banging. Every time I try something new from there it’s great. I don’t eat there as often as I used to for health related issues, but this place will always be my guilty pleasure for pizza/calzones.
