Worst experience ever they are contaminating the food and the sauces are all over the counter instead of in footlong sub and they are very rude they are throwing the stuff very rudely worst experience with this location in the subway.They are not treating the customers in a good way because of their lack of service and food handling safety we didn’t eat food.

Went in to get food with the kiddo. There was a little bit of a wait but that’s okay. The workers, I think their names were Keem and Chris (correct me if I’m wrong please!!) apologized for the wait, were very professional, kept a cool and calm attitude while helping people as well as getting online orders handled. Very friendly while helping us, kept conversation going while getting things done. Wonderful atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys. Will return 🙂

We love Subway, but this location seems badly managed. The drinks machine had broken founts; the next time the drinks were warm & they had no ice. The next time the behind the counter floor was covered in paper which did eventually get swept up. Last time my husband heard staff discussing very personal issues in front of several customers. This branch needs good management and staff training. They can be glad the health department didn’t come in, but maybe, for our sakes, we could wish they had. We won’t go back.

I came in today to find Dominic so as to get his name for this review. This man is one of the most compassionate strangers I have ever met. I came in a few weeks prior to pick up a late dinner before going out to do ride share (which is a second job) to help me tackle my debts. I am going through some extremely hard times currently outside of finances and in the middle of trying to order my sub I just lost control of myself and cried. He asked if I was okay with a look on his face that showed no annoyance or awkwardness at a grown man crying in a Subway but genuine concern and compassion for his fellow man. I told him I am just trying to keep my s*** together and that I am sorry he had to deal with it. I turned to grab a drink from the fridge and when I set it down he pushed the sandwich toward me while I was getting ready to pay and told me ‘you look like you need it.’ It was not an issue of money and I was ready and willing to pay but he insisted. His kindness and compassion gave me something new to think about and take my mind out of a state of sadness and even encouraged me to pay that kindness back to more strangers I encountered throughout the rest of the weeks the followed. Dominic deserves tremendous recognition for what he did for me that night. I would appreciate an email from a supervisor just so I can personally ensure recognition is given accordingly.

Ordered on door dash for pick up, don’t make the dame mistake. If I had been there I could correct them so that they can toast the sandwich which they didn’t do. Also I got a sweet onion teriyaki, had no sauce on it at all. The chicken didn’t have any sweet onion sauce. Just chicken and veggies. Other than not toasting it and putting no sauce on it, they also forgot the cookies I ordered. Luckily I opened the package and saw it didn’t have it so they promptly gave me them, but only after I corrected them. If you order in person and instruct them I feel it would be just fine. But don’t door dash it, if you want a good sandwich they apparently need supervising.

Came in, first noticed how empty or broken everything was. Next they keep the lobby at a cool, 45 degrees F. Everyone around us while waiting in line had to take turns going out to get their hoodies. Guy was nice who made the sandwich. Next, I paid for drink and chips. They only had about 15 bags total across 3 brands (Doritos, sun chips, spicy pickle chips). 3 of the 8 fountain drink options were broken or out of order. None of the tea was brewed. No drink lids in the whole lobby. No napkins anywhere. This was on a Sunday at noon. Wasn’t very busy, I think I know why. Most unimpressed I’ve been with subway in a long time. Not worth the money, not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but someone needs to intervene in this mess of a restaurant.

I have been to this location twice and both times the service has been slow. This last time, I waited for 20 minutes (there were like 6 teenagers and their dad ordering food), and literally got nothing because who has the time to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich? To be very clear, there was only ONE kid working there and I am not blaming him at all. You’ll need to hire more people.

I have literally never seen two slower employees in my life with no regard to the fact that people are waiting on their order. If you have the app don’t bother using it because they will still make other’s sandwiches that have walked in after you have placed your order and take their time doing so despite the fact that you may be visibly agitated. The young man server and teller lie to us, both say the sandwinsh will be free. There were only like 6 people before me. I asked when I arrived 11:43am if the sandwish are for free, I asked before they prepare it, I ask at the check out, I order 5 sandwish for free. 2 of my kid started to eat them, because the teller told me are for free.
