On today’s visit I had the 7″ Chicken Sub. It was great and that size was perfect for me. I have always liked the food here. There are plenty of personnel behind the counter (7 i could see) but I think they need to stream line their process. Also, when you get to the cashier while your sub is being made, they should not just rely on the customer telling them what they ordered. How hard could it be to automate that? Curbside pickup works great and plenty of seating if you prefer to dine in.

I would like to first off say the new manager is on point. Very friendly, very passionate and really cares about the appearance of the restaurant. When my family and I went into eat we seen her wiping down the window sills. She greeted my family and I with a smile and let us know that she’ll be with us in a moment. From the time we were in there till the time we left we felt like we were at home. She gave us napkins at check out and made sure we had all of subs made with care. She speaks to the staff with care and respect. Not like other places that are rude to the employees.she helped us walk our food to our table since we have 2 newborn Babies and didn’t have enough hands. Kudos to whoever hired her.

The flavor of the old fashioned was very good, although, unfortunately, it was absolutely smothered in oil. And I mean oil was everywhere, it was almost impossible to eat because it was sliding out of my hands lol. Oil was coating the outside of the bread and the sandwich leaked through the paper, the little bag it comes in, AND the large bag. I’d say if you want to try them, maybe pass on the “Dibellas famous oil” or ask for it on the side. Otherwise, a good sandwich. Macaroni salad was good as well.

Alina Was friendly and helpful and#1 she had the best customer service ! my veggie sub was perfect , I only had Dibellas at work when it was catered for a meeting or other occasion / so today I decided to try this location I got hungry after shopping at Sams, I stood there reading menu hope I was standing in the correct ready to order spot ,then I was Asked by Alina was I set to ordered , she took my order , asked what bread explained my choices and then when I went to ring out my cash app card wouldn’t go thru I had to run to car to get phone , She patiently waited and I was all set , once Apple Pay went thru , I left a 5 bucks tip which she deserves , sucks I heard they split tips because a worker should be worth her wages , that the only complaint I have I don’t like the card tip splitting / but Alina is a asset to Dibellas and y’all need to know even though Wallingford closer to me , I will come to this location def will be back and shout out to the manager Dani she sets a great example of customer service to , if they were ever on under cover boss / even he would realize how hard working and dedicated these young ladies are – Thanks from a future returning customer

I entered the store as the only person in line and waited. The worker said “be right with you” and two other people showed up behind me. While making direct eye contact with me, the worker skipped me and went to take the order of the person standing directly behind me. What a joke lol. This is the second time I’ve had terrible service here and I’ll never be back.
