The food was great. I think what was frustrating was that it took almost 20 minutes to get them. They also just set them on the counter and said “here. “, rather than offer a drink carrier, and they didn’t do the flip test on any. I don’t know if the flip test is even a thing at this location, but if it were, they would’ve failed, as they were soupy messes when we finally got them. The interior of the restaurant was fairly clean, there was always someone out wiping down tables.

Ordered at the DT. Gave me the wrong drink at the window, supposed to be a misty freeze and got a misty slush. Asked if they could correct it and I was willing to pay the difference and one of the girls in there had the worst attitude and wanted to charge me for a whole additional drink. Paid the difference and got something that tasted like plain crushed ice. Then got the burger we asked for and it was made completely incorrect. Felt bad for the poor girl at the window because whoever the rude woman was who “took control” of the situation was so demeaning and I could hear her swearing through the window. Perhaps she should not work in a customer service environment. Only reason we didn’t turn back is because I feared for the poor girl at the window would get yelled at for something that was not HER mistake.

2 separate experiences over the last few weeks have been a total let down. First experience – paid for extra toppings in my blizzard and there was barely anything in it. Second experience was tonight, asked for extra toppings, also paid for it, blizzard came UNMIXED with the sundae lid with barely one tablespoon of toppings ( which would have fallen everywhere if I didn’t turn the cup upside down when opening). Thanks for charging me nearly $15 for 2 cups of basically plain ice cream. I’ll find another dairy queen to spend my money at. Paying for items that I don’t get is not cool.

youd think if u up’ed the prices so much & shrunk the cups you would atleast fill the blizzards to the top & put a decent amount of toppings. $6 is insane for something the workers dont care to do right. not to mention how rude some of the staff is

Absolutely awful, unprofessional location. Their card reader wasn’t working after I waited 10 minutes behind someone else in the drive thru. They told me I couldn’t have my blizzard despite it being their fault, and making we wait. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.

Yesterday my husband went through the drive through. The manager (with blue hair) rang up his order wrong in an attempt to save him money. When he got home we noticed we had been charged for an extra drink, we did not receive. We were also missing a side of fries and sides of ranch. I called the store and immediately the Manger was snotty and condescending to me. She yelled at me and refused to remedy the situation.The only solution she offered was to drive all the way back from Pleasant Prairie to the DQ, bringing all of the food we ordered, so we could get refunded for her mistake. At no point did she appoligoze or offer a more realistic solution. I ended up returning the entire $42 order be a use by the time we made the trip from DQ to our house, back to DQ and back to our house again our food was cold. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand occasionally messing up an order, but if you make a mistake you should make it right. The onus of fixing the mistake the manager made was completely on me. I should never had to drive back to the store to get a refund for the missing items, especially after she yelled at me on the phone. Definitely a terrible experience and I would recommend you avoid ordering from her, don’t let her alter your order, and check your entire order before leaving.
