1-star for lack of hours. I find it hard to believe that the Subway Restaurant in a major hospital is closed all day Saturdays and Sundays. With limited hours for the hospital restaurant, that leaves zero places locally for Hospital visitors to eat without leaving the hospital grounds and driving to town. Otherwise, when the Subway is open the food is good and service is excellent.

Well, can’t speak to the cleanliness or food quality, because I did not make it that far. Walked in to the Subway located inside of Cullman Regional at 9:50 in the morning and offered a friendly, “ Y’all open for business?” Was met with a condescending “If you made it in the door…..Yes”. Then the server turned to her co-worker and shrugged her shoulders and huffed. I apologized for the inquiry and walked out. I am only here with a family member having tests run. I would hate to know someone going through a more serious situation might be met with the same greeting. Customer service is apparently a lost art these days.
