My husband and I ordered dinner there last Friday evening. We had placed a rather large order, they said with the bill being over $50, we to run your card. Fine, not a problem. They called me back and said my card did not go through. Ok,just come in and pay at the front desk. Which we did. I said to my husband check our account to make sure they did not double tap us. What he found was not only did we pay our bill, but someone else, at the tune $48 and some change. The guy at the desk said since it still pending, it should resolve it self in 3 days. So, I get home and called my bank and they told me to go back there and demand my money. So, I spoke to the manager and she said she was going to reverse both charges!!! HAHA!! We had one charge removed and not the other!!! SSSSOOO LONG STORY SHORT, WE WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE GENERAL STORE EVER

Honestly it was the best Italian sub I’ve gotten from the General Store but for the third time I did not get hot peppers on the sandwich after I specifically asked for them. I ordered hots and hots on the side but I only get the side… 3 times in a row. Otherwise it’s a good sandwich.

Love the store! We always call to order for pick up and usually get a BLT on a Kaiser roll (always fresh) and a bacon egg & cheese on a large wrap. Fiancé says the cheesesteaks are amazing here too. It’s quick and usually ready within 10-20. Sometimes there’s a lot of people waiting but usually we’re in and out. It helps that we pay before picking up the food, that definitely made the process go quicker. I think they’re adding more staff in the kitchen which is a great idea to make it even faster. Lady at cash register is always so sweet too.

Well I’ve been coming here for years and it is still a great place to buy a sub. That being said, they are going a little lighter in the meat, and today they forgot my cheese altogether! All good. I had cheese in the fridge. Turkey sub is still meaty enough and is really yummy. Everybody working there us nice. Great location. On 24 if you are going that route. Also thier crab bisque and home made salads are definately better than the grocery store chains.

Very disappointed. I have always raved about their breakfast subs but it was terrible this time. For some reason it had a lot of salt on it and I definitely didn’t ask for salt. I couldn’t even eat it and that really frustrates me because it cost over $9! This sub used to be under $6. I understand inflation and price increases but that is ridiculous! Not to mention very light on the eggs and bacon compared to how it used to be. On a positive note the store looks very nice and the staff is friendly however they don’t properly wear their masks.
