I give them a five star for the young man working the drive thru! We don’t always tip but this young man genuinely cares about his customers and apologizes for any wait you have and always make sure everything is in our order. I give it to this location though…they are always slammed but they manage to get people in & out as fast as their fryers will let them. I read the other reviews and honestly I don’t get why people are so rude because they know they will be waiting on that line again just like most people in this area of town. They obviously are doing something right because everybody keeps going back. Although I am sure those that are complaining have obviously never worked in the food service business. We all should appreciate that these people are coming in to work and making food since know one seems to want to work these days.Especially to work in a place that stays slammed with business for your entire shift! Folks don’t forget to tip your drive thru worker too especially the young man there tonight and we will get his name and add it!

This Popeyes has been getting worse and worse with every visit. I have had my fair share of problems with this Popeyes, however these last few weeks has been the worst and needless to say, I will never go to this Popeyes again.

I’m only giving it a 1 star cause I have to, it’ll actually be none. There’s always a 15 min to 30 min wait which is ironic cause they never have menu items. Every time you go there’s a list of things they don’t have. The things they do have when you get it you realize the food is old. The “manager” sits on his laptop in the lobby and literally is doing nothing. The workers have an attitude. The nerve to have one when you got people waiting for 2 items. Get a new GM or just close the place.

There is probably no fast food restaurant with a greater chasm between the taste of the food and quality of the service than Popeyes. Every once in a blue moon, I get a craving for their fantastic fries and/or their incredibly tasty chicken (including the relatively new chicken sandwiches). Then I act upon my impulse to get Popeyes and am immediately reminded of why I don’t often eat Popeyes. I have never seen a fast food chain so consistently refuse to operate with any degree of efficiency or decency. Sometimes, it’s just mediocre, but usually the service and atmosphere of the restaurant is best described by terms such as widely chaotic, grossly unorganized, and abysmally slow.
