Avicenna is creating foods that are recognized as comfort food and an alternative to mainstream fast-food restaurants. I want people to understand that there is a way to eat vegan foods that taste good and represent something they are familiar with. My foods are meant to be a stepping stone for people who have stigmatized vegan food as not tasty and non-comparable to traditional fast food items.

11/10 The philly cheese steak is the best I’ve had vegan or not! And the spicy sausage link was delicious. The wedges were uniquely coated and very good, and they even gave us a free one. The food is so good that your non-vegan family members will want some!
