It took 8 minutes for them to take my order at the drive through speaker. They had no ice cream for floats. Paid at the window and was asked to pull to the side and wait for the food. Relieved my order and the burger was not plain. They fixed it. Checked my bag and was missing fries. Got fries. Left, drove about 10 miles out and noticed the chicken sandwich was not spicy and the sprite was missing flavor. Drove back and got my sandwich switched to spicy and they gave me a root beer. Whole thing took 59 minutes.

I waited in the very short drive through lane for 10 minutes; I then proceeded to argue with the dude that was supposed to be taking my order because he simply would not take my order. He told me I had to wait 3 times. It was laughable and genuinely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! After 10 minutes of arguing with the chap I decided to call it and moved on to another restaurant that actually wanted my business. When I pulled out, there was only one car waiting for food in the drive through, none in the parking lot….seriously????? Please, if you value your time and sanity, do not attempt this joint, they do NOT want your business. Shut it down already. How do you people stay open???

Awful!! The whole process took so long, I had to humor myself to see how much longer it would take. So..it took 28 minutes to place the first order of 2 that we had.. a2 no onions and root beer. They had no half gallons. They had no straps for the chicken sliders. Next order a7 root beer. Finally after 39 minutes get to the window to pay. Paid first order and after several conversations with must of been the guy in charge finally got second order paid. We were asked to pull ahead. I’m thinking fresh food …oh yeah. No. I noticed 6 other cars in parking lot, they to were waiting on their food. Oh my goodness. Finally after another 45 minutes the first order comes out. Soggy fries that were also to salty and of course onions. Then waiting for second order to come we tasted the root beer it was awful. It must of been the end of the bag and it was so flat. So we had to return our root beers for new ones. Finally…the 2nd order came out. Cold burger, soggy fries. Flat pop. The crew was by far not presentable with the clothing and the guy in charge obviously didn’t know what to do. Awful visit. I will never go back to this kfc ever again.

I came to this kfc a week ago and went inside to order. I didn’t wait that long but slowly started to get uncomfortable as the manger started yelling at her workers to do their job faster. Wont be going back to such a hostile environment. I genuinely feel bad for the two workers who seemed to be trying their best to take and make orders… NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED!!

We have never been to this location because we have been told by people it was not good. After the remodel we were told it was better. We decided to head out to the lake and try it and pick up some chicken. We went through the drive through and they told us it would be 30 minutes for extra crispy. We asked how long for original they said 30 minutes. Needless to say we went somewhere else, 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant when they are not busy seems a little long.

The chicken is actually good if you order at the right time. What I am having a hard time understanding is why it takes over an hour to get 2 16 piece chicken dinners when frying times are less than 15 minutes. Twice this has happened to us with one time they said they couldn’t even do our order.

First off, ordering took at least 2 minutes before she came on the speaker, all to tell us she would be right with us. That happened 2 more times. When we got to the window, she took my money, then proceeded to tell us it would be a few minutes, they were waiting on the patties. Ok, not big deal.. yet! It took 20! Minutes for the order to be done in a drive through! Service was horrid. The food was awful and they didn’t have root beer! I would give this place negative many times over.

Spent 30 minutes in driveway, and I was the only one there? Then the food was wrong. So he tried to make up for it by upgrading the food, then that was still wrong. Giving biscuits and a cake don’t make up for wrong food and 30 minute wait. To top it off it was a 2 piece leg meal.If you are reading this ,stay away. You are better off getting McD,or Taco John’s.
