Food is great tasting and service is nice just make sure you CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE, it seems everytime I go, I never can seem to get the complete order. Yes they will replace it but it’s an inconvenience to have to keep going back everytime they leave something out.

If you place online orders they are never ready, If you try and call an order in you get out on hold for 10 minutes plus until you simply hang up. This place obviously needs management, I’ve tried to order 3 times in the last month and never actually got to place an order.

I rarely eat Wingstop but I eat it enough to know how my food suppose to look and taste . I understood that I might have placed my order 45 minutes before closing but there was no excuse for the food I received.. I ordered a Garlic Parmesan tenders meal , my tenders were wet like they tried to wash the lemon pepper season off but you could still taste it and fries were cold, the reason for the review is because the manager acted as if she wasn’t aware of what was done .. I gave it a 3 star because the morning crew replaced the order with no problem!

This location in Ruston ALWAYS gets my order wrong. When I called and spoke to manager Katherine she kept talking while I was telling her what the problem was and was not trying to find a solution. They took my money and gave me food that was inedible and would not fix my order. The manager Katherine is very rude and tries to blame and lie on customers for the employees mistakes. She is unprofessional and will cause this business to crumble slowly.

I visit this one in particular quite often. I remember a time when the food there used to be really good. Now it’s kind of a hit and miss. I think maybe if food prep was more carefully done then the fries would come out a lot better. Changing and filtering the grease would make a drastic difference as well. The quality of the food could be much better if they did things right.
