Been sitting here for a window pick up over an hour. Finally went inside. Utter chaos. No one knows what’s happening they seem to just be starting the order over from memory because the tickets gone. Sounded like someone said it’s been sitting the the back the whole time? No clue. I just asked for a refund. Good tines for pizza and movie night with the kids. I’m going to get a digiorno. Won’t make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Ordered a large Supreme Pizza, last week was $17.99 today was $21.99 hardly any meat on the pizza.!They should have told me that the coupon had expired and Let’s just say I probably won’t be back. The pizza last week was 5 star but this one doesn’t even deserve one star….I’m in the Restaurant business have been for years. This pizza is unacceptable they didn’t even offer to replace this nasty one.

Pizza bowls are the best. The fact you can personalize your bowl.amd be as creative as you want is great. The serving is huge enough for now and later. Or share. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Eating in is always an option. Delivery is fast.

Great pizza, mediocre service. Ordered a pizza and was told I would have a 20-35 minute wait time. My friend and I sat down to wait for 40 minutes. My name was never called out nor did anyone tell me my pizza was ready. When I asked about it, the employee got it off the rack and handed it to me, not mentioning an apology or anything for my long wait or lack of acknowledgement. Guess I’ll order delivery next time.

This location is very good, I love Marco‘s and usually get it the ooltewah but happened to decide to try this location after leaving my friends house in Soddy. If it wasn’t so far away, I would probably change to this location Pizza was very good!

Pizza is good, wings not so much, and service meh, my hubby and I wanted to dine in, but we ended up taking our food back to home when the food was finally delivered, since we were waiting in our table patiently until we felt it was ridiculous long wait my hubby went to ask what was going on, and someone said they dropped the wings so they have to cook another batch however the new ones looked and tasted like they had freezer burn reheated in the microwave. We might come back for the pizza if there aren’t any other options.

All the ingredients where only in the center of the pizza spread your ingredients out so every slice has stuff on it all the way to the edge of the crust I used to work their I know for a fact you can make a pizza properly in less than a minute then you should just be waiting on the oven

I used to love this place. Don’t know if the pandemic has affected them but the food and customer service have declined. The last few times I have been in to get my order there are 3-4 people at the counter, once they were all having a conversation and did not acknowledge me for a few minutes. I thought okay new young staff that doesn’t understand the work environment. This last time same thing except one person was on the phone so it was understandable he was busy. But there was another guy at the counter who didn’t even greet me and ask me to wait just a minute. There was a lady standing there when I walked in who I assume was a manager or owner who just looked at me and then walked over to the guy doing nothing and started talking to him. Both orders were messed up. One short and the other they forgot to put the lettuce on the sandwich so just wrapped some in aluminum foil. Not the quality of food or service they were when first opened. We will not be ordering there again which is sad because they were so good in the past.
