I recently had a horrible visit with a KFC in Florida,,,, however after this visit to the KFC in Rolla, MO have regained my enjoyment of this franchise. First off the entire staff was very friendly. The person we dealt with us (Erica) went above and beyond. I had my two kids with me so it is never easy to just get our order in, well Erica got them taken care of and even checked in to make sure they enjoyed their meal. Great to go somewhere and find people like the staff here.

They would have gotten a 5 Star but I got back to the hotel with a 16 piece Family meal but no sauses, not butter or honey for the biscuits! That’s a Crime in itself! No Butter or Honey in the Biscuits, Damn. Maybe next time!

The store was decently cleaned though the floors by the soda machine was very sticky. We had to wait about 4 minutes before being helped at the register but it was lunch time so we didn’t mind. The food was fresh and good. The brown gravy was very salty to my taste, but that’s just my opinion. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend KFC to someone who was hungry and had some time and wasn’t in a hurry.

The staff was really nice and greeted us right away but the food wasn’t warm and it didn’t taste fresh, it was actually a little stale tasting. I know that they can’t control the area that they are in but we were just through the area on a road trip and just stopped here not realizing that the area was a little sketchy. Had we known the surrounding environment, we wouldn’t have stopped here with our kids. Maybe on our own but definitely not with the kids. Just a heads up for any other travelers.

Terrible service. Walked in Sunday evening and a female employee ran into the bathroom. I waited at the counter several minutes and no one was around, no voices in the back, no one walked up, nothing. She stayed in the bathroom and I left.
