We ordered pizza + bread combo as well as brownie dessert. Picked it up from the portal as per the instructions. They gave me 2 bags of bread instead but I didn’t notice until I got home. We called back and asked if they could refund the brownie. The manager, L-something, said we could drive back and pick up the brownie. We didn’t want to drive back out so we asked for a refund. She said we’d STILL have to drive back WITH the pizza and bread to get a refund. Because that makes sense… She interrupted me twice, then tried to blame us saying the brownie was cold and not in the portal and we had to ask someone for it but NOWHERE in the instructions did it say that. I guess the terrible pizza matches the terrible service.

The ticket on the box stated the correct pizza ordered but got it home it was the wrong pizza and it was old and dried out. Try to call the store and the phone is off the hook saying my call can’t be completed due to them being busy but every time time I call it said the same thing.
