As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

M.E and my friends service was good..and someone else was having a hard time getting their order right.. and it too 3 times to get their order right! So I’m giving them a 4 star review!! Not to mention the outside tables was dirty and there was trash on the grassy area and sidewalks!! And we dined on and drive through!!

Worst customer service ever and from an assistant manager, Lamees Halani is very unprofessional and his service is horrible I recieved an order through door dash and unfortunately the package was not sealed correctly I was told not to worry that it would be taken care of, but that wasn’t the case.

If it could have a zero rating that’s what they would have received. Service was terrible. It took way to long to get out a small order. The kid at the drive thru was rude and really seemed like he did not care or want to be there. I was pretty excited that a location had opened up in there area and I was very disappointed when I tried it. Needless to say we will never go there anymore. Management needs to really evaluate what kind of staff they have representing their business when they are not there.

This place is horrible. Manager and window worker very rude. My son and daughter wanted ice cream we was told ice cream machine wasn’t working, but when we pulled up to the window she is making ice cream so my son asked what’s up can we get our ice cream she tells us “my manager said you have to pull around and order again so when I ask why because the line is 7 cars deep and it’s only 2 ice creams..she proceeded to slam the window on me and jump at me as if she wanted to fight. And when I actually pull around and try to order at the front they locked the window…. and threatening to call the cops…. LIKE WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE……JUST MAKE THE 2 ICE CREAMS WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES IN LINE MAYBE LING I WAITED 15 MINUTES WITH 2 CAR’S IN FRONT OF ME BY THIS TIME THERE WAS MORE THAN 7

I whish we could give a 0 star rating, because that is what they deserve. Worst service ever, 30 min waiting and when called to check the status of my order they said they forgot about it…. what a joke. Never coming back and would never rocomemd it to anyone. When food finnaly came out it was really bad, cold and without the extras we paid for. Absolutely the worst checkers we’ve been to and overall the worts fast food restaurant ever.
