Just spent $35.00 on my order and it was not correct. I got a power bowl and the lid wasn’t even on top of my food ordered three soft supreme tacos and got one hard taco. The only thing that was correct was the 1 hard and 1 soft taco with no meat. Called to speak to the manager and of course couldn’t speak to the manager kept getting hung up on and I was polite didn’t raise my voice. The service at this location is absolutely horrible the customer service horrible I asked for mild sauce and the lady working in the drive thru was rude as well this location is on Parker rd and 367 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

At taco bell on July 11 10 45 pm I had THE BEST drive thru server he was on point and super polite and the food was beyond expectation. Kudos to the night crew for making my night with their g reat service and food even when they were in the middle of a rush

I don’t mind that this location consistently closes early, but turn off the signage and drive through equipment. Myself and several others say there in the drive through looking dumb, because the lights were still on. Inside was dark. The hours of operation never match google. Other than that, this location isn’t bad.

Morning shift: beyond AMAZING BUT the lunch and evening shift. WOW. Been going here for 20+ years and have never witnessed the amount of ignorance, rudeness and some woman employee having a meltdown because I told her the order on the screen was wrong… I thought that meant the order would be wrong… but maybe I’m wrong. Then to have some flamboyant woman voiced dude take over and tell me “the screen doesn’t make your order, we do”. Obviously. And it’s obvious y’all need new jobs if you can’t handle someone wanting their order right. That mad and defensive over burritos… really?? Let’s just say we didn’t get the food, after all that attitude I didn’t want their dna ending up in the order

The service here started off wrong….the young lady who took our order sounded like she had an attitude and was not courteous at all…..we then get to the window and we were told our total and that was all of the verbal exchange. The young man handed us our drinks, took our money, and then shoved the bag of food at my fiance and didn’t say anything else. He had to hurry to grab the bag otherwise it would have ended up on the ground. We go into the bag to find out that one of our chalupas was put in the bag upside down and the cheese, chicken, etc, spilled onto the other food in the bag. Nothing was even warm. The only things that were at the correct temperature was the lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese….We weren’t asked what type of sauce we wanted or anything. Just rude. If this is how you treat paying customers, then you don’t need to be here. We will not be returning to this location.

Too much chatter in the window, that my order was incorrect that I added on at the order box, to complete my main mobile order. If he wasn’t so busy trying to hit on his coworker she may have got the order correct instead I had to add on an additional nacho fry at the window. What happened to repeating the order back to make sure it is correct? And the were closed saying they didn’t have food a couple days before that, what is really going on?!
