Loved the customer service. Our waitress was amazing, friendly, helpful, and made sure to answer any questions we had. Visiting Arizona for the first time, wanted a great place for food. Boy, did we pick the place, I hope they put one in Tennessee. I know that’s a distance for a restaurant to add a location. Their food is perfect, Tennessee would be a great state for them.

**Update to my original review below. Great little place in Avondale. Everything waffles. Only waited a few minutes on Sunday at 11am for 3 people. Had 3 different breakfasts with smoothies, OJ and an espresso that was so nice and hot it was steaming. Loved it. If you are in the area, a must try. Will be back.

The food was delicious and very tasty, it came out fast and hot . I got the kid’s meal to try it out, and it was good. They do have some vegetarian options but quite limited ones. They have waffles with eggs and meat and also waffles with sweets like fruit and cereal . It was clean and very modern✨️ inside, it was quite expensive though . But overall, I was satisfied.

Went in and ordered the Ham, egg and cheese. The atmosphere is great. The restaurant was pretty much full so you can tell it’s a liked place. The waffles were sweet and didn’t really need syrup to my surprise. The spring mix however tasted spicy. Were this place is lack EXTREMELY is in customer service and satisfaction. I order a water and it didn’t come for a very long time. My wife order a coffee and didn’t get it until the end of our meal. I really rate this place 3 1/2. Primarily because the service. I hope that changes cause it’s family owned and it’s really a great place / alternative to big breakfast spots. Oh yeah…coffe was excellent!

Food was delicious and up to par! The service was lacking and the atmosphere was a little disorganized. Very clean aesthetic with very subjective music. Would go back for the food but not the atmosphere. Maybe take out next time.

Waffletto Coffee & Waffles 8 to 9 employees (approx.) that were busy preparing food, serving, hosting and etc. There was 8 of us in our party for breakfast. We were seated w/o issue. We were not offered or acknowledged with menus, we got our own menus. Waited about 20 min before ordering. They do not serve any sodas. So some ordered water, coffee and teas. Food was sort of a disappointment. Peach & Caramel Waffle was ok, Ham, Egg & Cheese Waffle ok except the sauce that was drizzled underneath of the waffle that made the waffle soggy and a dab of chili ️ sauce on the plate towards the corner. Not sure if this was for decoration or for dipping of your sandwich. The Big Breakfast asked for med. cooked ham and got over cooked ham.After receiving our meals we were asked “how was everything?” Mind you silverware was given when food arrived at the table and plastic spoons used for the coffee. Needed to ask for sugar, salt and pepper ( no shakers available). Beverages arrived one or two at a time. The last thing was mandatory gratuity of 25% included in the bill. Usually gratuity is suggested but not mandatory. We would not have minded that but after the experience that was not the case here. Especially for the prices of their food. Sorry but this business concept may need to be re-evaluated here. I don’t think we will be returning. Attached are some of the items that were ordered.
