Never coming back to this Chipotle ever again. I did my usual thing of getting 2 soft tacos where I ask for a tad extra of rice and beans. The server didn’t give me enough basic black beans and when I asked for a tad more; he became very rude and said that if I give you anymore then I’ll have to charge you for a bowl.

I ♥️ Chipotle. Their food is always consistently delicious no matter which location I visit. I never feel weighed down after eating Chipotle food. It’s fresh, healthy, mexican-style food. The reason why I gave this location such a low rating, is based on customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. None of the employees engaged in a conversation with the customers. Every single table was dirty and none of the employees we’re in a hurry to clean the tables. It was off-putting to sit at a dirty table. One employee did come out and pick up an empty basket from the waste location, but didn’t clean any of the tables. I’ll still get my Chipotle Mexican fix, just not from this location.

Out of everything, only one meat choice available, no cheese,people walked out angry . I Did phone in order which was paid for and had no idea food was out until I went to pick up. Has happened at one other occasion at another location . Then have to wait days to credit back to card.

Great quality food, excellent service and atmosphere, not too crowded and not too long of a wait. One of the best Mexican- style restaurants that I know of, prefer the bowl rather than a burrito as you get more food for the same price, and less mess!

Never too busy. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Always delicious. Kid friendly food. I adore their salads. This time I got the veggie (guacamole). With extra salad and not beans and rice, it’s a tasty, healthy option.

Not all Chipotles are the same. For instance, this one charges up the you know what for every sside of cheese, sour cream, and salsa ….. When others don’t charge you anything at all and some charge after the 1st 2 sides which is ok as well……. But charging $1.50 for a tiny cup of cheese and sauce is being very desperate for money, don’t you think …….. not coming here anymore …….

I should have checked my order because when I got home I was missing something and had to go all the way back.they didn’t answer the phone when I called ahead to tell them and then didn’t even try offer any inconvenience coupons. As far as I’m concerned they should have offered me equal compensation (4 meals) for not being able to sit down with my family and eat, especially on Father’s day.
