Second time coming here and the service was just as bad. Us and one other table in here and our server is talking to a coworker in the corner and it takes me 10 minutes to get a refill of my drink. THIS WAS THE GUMBO.

I have been there several times. The restaurant is not crowded and they offer a magnificent view of the park and golf course. Quiet venue and the food is very good. I have the enjoyed experience every time that i have been there. There have been times when it takes a while to get my food, so i wouldn’t go there if I was in a hurry. But you are in the middle of a beautiful park, so dont hurry.

Food was horrible. Spinach dip looked like a over watery puree of baby food with shredded cheese placed on top. Wings were nasty, no flavor. Everything they cooked on the grill was overcooked and burned. Nope no thanks. Worst food I’ve ever had in New Orleans.

I like attending events at this event space. The staff is professional, the space is always clean, the atmosphere is always popping! This is exactly where to go for a great time! I didn’t give five stars due to the bar. The bar experience is always laughable. They over fill EVERY cup with ice which means less alcohol and if you don’t drink fast, it means an extremely watered down drink. I normally ask for light ice which means they’ll give me HALF A CUP of ice! Again, the event space is awesome and I recommend it. Just know you won’t get anything more than a slight buzz.
