Hot there at 12:15 so it was busy and I hoped it would be fresh and delicious. Got a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The fries were cold and mealy so I had to go to the counter and get new ones. The lady who replaced them couldn’t have been less pleasant. The burger was over cooked and came out so fast you knew it was already cooked. Here I thought they cooked them to order. I guess that didn’t last. Wanted a milk shake but that was a no go as I couldn’t find anything but smoothies on the computer. I guess a standard of the past has gone away.

Asked what a la Carte was because i hadn’t seen that on the menu. Proceeded to get an attitude from the lady behind microphone because she didn’t know what I was talking about so handed over the mic to another girl who also got an attitude. Finally got the guy microphone and order went super smooth. Got to second window and it was like a circus inside, I felt terrible for the dude working.

Nothing is ever served hot. The fries are warm at best and are basically room temperature. That’s unless you custom-order from the kiosk or the cell phone app and then it might be served hot but they will take forever to get it ready. Plus side is that this location is up-to-date and kept relatively clean they just need to work on the quality of the food.

Went there to get a large drink and on the menu board price is $1.00 for any size drink. When got to window to pay it was $1.49 plus tax. I asked why price was different then menu. The manager said it’s been that way for about. Week and they know the price is wrong but did nothing about it. He just stood there looking at me. This place is always a issue. The staff is uncaring. I hear the same thing from other people that go there, The Manager really needs to do there job and the staff needs to know how to handle a problem instead of just standing there looking stupid.
