The service is horrible and dont even let me get started on the food. The older guy is so rude. employee looking untidy and the dirty atmosphere makes u question the sanitary aspect. Would not recommend this place in a million year. Never coming back!

I would give ZERO stars if possible!! We were given a free pizza card from my daughter’s school. She has been so excited about using it. I called to ask about the card, and I was “transferred to the front desk.” The rude man that picked up said they don’t honor the card anymore and I would have to come in and see if they had any??? I started to ask about placing THE OTHER PART OF MY ORDER THAT WASN’T FREE, and he hung up on me. When I called back, I asked to speak to a manager, and I was transferred. I’m pretty sure the same a$$hole picked up, and when I asked if he was a manager, HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! She received the card a few weeks ago and it was expiring today, but don’t give these out at school if you don’t plan on honoring! I called the Owner/Operator cell number on the card, and left a message. Let’s see if they even care that they lost me as a customer before they even had me! Good luck staying in business if your MANAGER hangs up on patrons!!!

i hate doing this on christmas… because it means so much to me. but not cool when i call and someone takes my order and says it’s on the way and someone else calls me 8 mins later telling me you’re closing early when that’s not accurate on the website. very understanding because it is christmas and we all want to be with our families so that is not my point but still not cool about the inconsistency :/

Don’t use Groupon with this Hungry Howie’s location! I refunded by Groupon with this location after having such bad customer service. I had a Groupon that didn’t expire for 3 months and I had never used it, a cashier named Zoe said it was invalid. I asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me to another employee, and it wasn’t the manager because she sounded unprofessional and quite frankly talked slow like she was high. I then asked her to transfer me to the manager and after explaining to him what happened he hung up on me, very unprofessional. Get better staff, and if you all don’t want to accept Groupons stop offering them.

The cashier that answers the phone has zero customer service skills at all, I called and she answers the phone “Hello, is this a prank call?” And then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I drove over and it wasn’t busy and she still had the phone off the hook, I told her that it was me she kept on hold and she didn’t even acknowledge or apologize and told me to hold on again and started moving two empty boxes to shelf and came back to say what do you want to order, I placed my order and came back about 15 minutes later and decided to order a soda and she threw my change in my hand. This young girl needs a lesson in customer service or shouldn’t be working in the services field.

Always polite and courteous. Service is quick and pizzas are great. Our kids love Hungry Howies. I actually think it tastes better than papa johns or dominos. The flavored crusts are great too. Its like getting the flavored breadsticks attached to your pizza. Eat the pizza and then dip in the pizza sauce. Kids love it!
