I was feeling under the weather and a friend from Alabama knew Pho is my go to when I’m feeling sick. This was a surprise delivery from him. I’ve seen this place but don’t think I would have tried fusion for this style of food. I was pleasantly surprised. It was tasty. I will update this review when I visit and dine in the location. Rating is currently based on food alone.

This dish (dac biet combo) is almost 19.00. It is 18.49. The last time I ordered this. They only gave me four pieces of shrimp so I wrote in the comment section asking for a little bit more considering the price this time they only gave me three. This is beyond ridiculous especially for the price you pay. It doesn’t matter if it’s a combo of beef, chicken and rice. They need to do better. Last time i order from here

Came here for a late night meal and one of the few restaurants still open. Only one person running the front and I was impressed at how smoothly things were going with just her. We ordered veggie pho, rare steak, and vegan vermicelli. Not really a big fan of the giant pieces of the steak but the broth was clean and refreshing.

I’ve been going to pho fusion for many years and it is by far my favorite pho in the area. The staff is so kind and helpful. The service is super fast and the food is so amazing. I highly recommend the brisket pho and the fried tofu appetizer. Only excellent experiences here, love this place.

Normally I love this place. However they definitely try to scam you if you order extra protein. I ordered a banh mi sandwhich with extra protein, which they told me the extra meat needs to go in the side because it won’t fit in the sandwich and they specifically told me the sandwich will break. Then ordering the same exact order for a second and third time they now claim that the extra protein is put inside the sandwhich even though they specifically told me that is not possible at my previous visits. They are now all of sudden trying to say there’s extra protein when only giving a small portion of extra meat. Instead of making a full sandwhich and putting the extra on the side. They want to charge the same and give you less protein. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Also when talking to the owner he didn’t even acknowledge what his establishment said was not possible, and just said “so what do you want “

Stopped in for a late bite and was greeted by a super friendly and attentive wait staff. We were offered hot tea when we were seated and had our food within 5 minutes of ordering. I ordered the tofu bahn mi and shrimp pho. Everything was on point! The banh mi was so savory, with sauteed onions and whatever magic sauce they added, on a perfectly crisp baguette. The pho was a good portion with flavorful broth, veggies and shrimp- totally hit the spot. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Bathrooms are clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back! Open until 11 pm!
