The food is great and is definitely one of my go-to places to get burgers. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for burgers with a large variety of toppings. However, I cannot give this establishment any more than 3 stars because of the service. My burger was made missing both patties, and when I reached out I was promised compensation in the form of a gift card. I have never received that as well.

Decent burgers. Service was very nice… not really sure what all the hype about 5 guys in general.. seems middle of the road burger. Also I find the communal peanuts gross.. even though they are shelled you still have to break the shell and expose yourself to whatever everyone else has on their hands.

Who hasn’t been to a Five Guys, right? You know the drill — a tasty double meat patty with your choice of unlimited toppings. Along with other toppings, I always add fresh jalapeno slices. The only burger joint I know of that offers them. Five Guys Canjun fries are my favorite fries. Spicey with a little heat and a touch of garlic. Two reasons preventing me from giving 5 stars. 1) The burgers are cooked well done. I like a medium-rare burger (or steak), but Five Guys will NOT, even if requested, make it any way but well done. They don’t want any lawsuits from customers stemming from undercooked meat. Yeah, yeah, tell it to the judge. 2) The cost! For a friend and I (my treat), 2 burgers, 2 small fries, 2 small sodas, with tax, over $36. Quality and taste fo sho, but oy vey! thats pricey for fast food.

Great burgers and an attentive staff. Fries can be hit or miss with freshness. Seating is like rolling the dice. Today, a group of four walked out after not seeing an open table. We’ve done the same on a past visit.

When I first started eating at five guys, they would holler out the orders….I loved that, it was unique. Now, it is mellowed out and falling into a common place. Boring. But the food is always good and the extra fries make me smile!
