This pizza is ah-mazing! We were stuck in a hotel while our RV and truck were both in the shop getting tune-ups, which also just unexpectedly happened to be during Frontier Days. Mr Jim’s Pizza delivery was super quick and right to our hotel room (not the lobby). We had ordered our own toppings and the white pizza with spinach, tomatoes and sausage is alone worth a trip back to Cheyenne! (And we’re from GA)❤️

I ordered a pizza and they charged me but never delivered. I called the Manager for a credit the next day. She stated she would look into it. I never heard back. Absolute worst customer service ever. I’ll make a point of it to tell everyone I know about this rip off place and my experience. .

In general, they’re amazing. I have Celiac disease (not as horribly reactive as some) and love their gluten free but every time I’ve ordered delivery or pickup, they’re slower than most places. In my opinion, worth the wait but then again their gluten free is better than any other, so I can’t speak generally. Thank y’all! But speed it up ❤️

Pizza was okay. I ordered a salad and it was wrong. If your not gonna take the customization into account then don’t even offer it as an option. The container was packed to the brim and made it almost impossible. And the spinach was mostly wilty. The dressing cup was only half full. Pretty disappointed.

Mr. JIMS!!! A great family oriented pizza spot. I love the open floor plan with the industrial look. At first look Mr. Jims was clean with a friendly staff that was attntive. I ordered two medium pizzas two drinks and a brownie bite. The sauce was delicious, the pizza crust was done right, the the toppings were fresh and the when i got got close to being full the waitress brought out a hot brownie bite. I had a great experience and next time i dine in I will bring my sone that will love the kids play area. Great staff, awesome food, even better price!!! Thank you… D

Don’t waste your money. The first time we dined in, it was great. We told everyone about our new favorite pizza place. The pizza was amazing, the prices were fair, the service was great and the free bread with dine in order all made us want to come back. Until we did. $60 for 3 small pizzas (that were very sad and disappointing) and 3 drinks. The service was horrible (how dare we need our order taken then the girl who brought the last of the order could not stay off her phone long enough to answer a question) and they no longer do the bread with dine in orders – not sure why, an answer was just too much to muster. The elderly gentleman (deliver driver maybe) was the only one that could spare any manners or a smile. I get it, times are tough but man. You could have killed it with quality food and decent service and failed epically. You just lost a customer. We will not come back.

I ordered a pizza last night they Sunday night very close to closing and I received one of the most amazing pieces I’ve ever had food my only complaint was that the pizza was so good I had planned on freezing some of it and I ate most of it. It was an outstanding East Coast type Pizza I ordered mushrooms and onions it was filled with large mushrooms and filled with chopped onions it’s one of the most delicious pieces I’ve had on a very long time and I was really surprised p my only fear is that the next one I order won’t be as good as this one but whoever made this pizza last night gets 10 Stars

Horrible pizza. Started by ordering online with an estimated 35 to 40 minute wait (on a Monday nigh)…. Finally showered up 1 hour and 15 minutes later. The pizza was cold and had no taste. Next ordered a thin crust with pepperoni and pineapple, received a thick crust with no pineapple. To make things worse the Supreme had a hair cooked in it. When I called they offered a replacement pizza, which was going to be here in 15 minutes, but gave up after another 45 minutes. So frustrating and would not recommend ever.
