It’s a hit or miss. I LOVE WINGSTOP…but this location isn’t always serving on point. Sometimes the corn is so old and dry u could choke…and the wings so small u are left asking..WHERE IS THE MEAT?!! And sometimes the customer service is off. I always return hoping for the best though!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We placed an order for delivery from work 10/20. The order was supposed to be delivered by 11:45 am. About 45 minutes goes by and no food. Placed a call to the store where we remained on hold for an extended period of time. Staff member then answered. We explained that we have not gotten our order yet and staff member just states “yes. it is here, they have not picked it up yet.” Staffed member informed that our order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 and there for the food has been made, and sitting out for over an hour…. Staff member states “yea…..” staff member informed that we would like for the food to be remade and we would like a refund/credit added to account for the inconvenience, as we will now have to drive to pick up order and we only have a limited amount of time for our lunch break. Staff member stated that she cannot give a credit. the only thing that she can do is give us a credit for the delivery fee. Staff member informed that we are very dissatisfied with this service. Phone number given to staff member to be contacted by her manager or corporate office. We then pick up the order and get back to the office just to find out that THEY DID NOT PUT ANY RANCH IN OUR ORDER. We paid for extra ranches as well. We were told that they were going to be remaking the order, but everything tasted as if it had just been sitting out for hours. VERY disappointed.

This place is always so dirty. Came in to have a nice lunch but there was soda dried all over the floor that my shoes are sticky as gum. There were gnats flying all around the soda on the floor and tables were all dirty with crumbs and dried up sauces. And on top of all that, it was like I was sitting in the sewer. The smell every time the door opened was horrendous Step up the cleaning game please
