I normally love pizza hut, stuffed crust is my favorite. The food took over an hour to get here and the food wasn’t hot anymore. I got a stuffed crust Buffalo chicken pizza with NO onions… and I still had SEVERAL different pieces that had an onion or 2 on them.. it just honestly made me not even want the pizza after my first slice, 4 bites in, there was an onion, yeah.. i only ate the crust. Thank God I wasn’t actually allergic to them.

The pasta was over cooked, hard and dry. The pans were also not filled to the top like they would’ve been. And idk if this is a new thing but, the paper pans I was given are also a bit more shallow than the metal pans they usually use, so there was less food overall for the same price. Not worth $15.

This is how disgusting Pizza Hit is giving Cinnabon a horrible reputation! The entire team knew these were not edible before they left the store! Where’s the infamous icing??? It’s melted because these were so burnt and scorched Maybe they should hire a CFA Consultant to train PH on food etiquette and service!

This is the worst Pizza Hut in the southeast region of the United States. The only way you will get your pizza at the time you expect it, is to place your order 6 hours before you actually need it. And even THEN it might be late. Even going to the store to pick it up is a nightmare. There is always a wait. Always. What is the point of telling us to come pick up our order at a specific time- IF YOU ARENT GOING TO HAVE MY ORDER READY AT THAT SPECIFIC TIME?? And c’mon, it takes more than 2 people to run a store on a Friday and Saturday night! And if you’re going to make us wait 25 minutes in a drive thru line, shouldn’t you AT LEAST make sure the order is CORRECT and HOT?? I swear on everything holy I will never give my money to this particular location ever again. 0 out of 10.

The pizza was great as usual. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time. Don’t you hate it when you’re asked to pull forward and you see three people behind you get their food? Only to find out 20 minutes later that they forgot about you!!

The place seem to be on a 2 hour wait time, all the time. However, the last time I ordered, it was still a long wait but the food was better than expected. I don’t normally order PH but my friend wanted it. Ok- customer service – Slow service. – Good food. Cajun wings was really good.
