Took 27 minutes to get our food while they continued to mess up the order. Food finally comes out but cold. Grrrrr!!!! Ordered the half pound Beef n Cheddar but got a regular. And then to top it off, my sons chicken sandwich had a dead fly inside of it. No apology was given when he carried it back. Oh yea, only 1 table was clean, but had dirty water marks left by using a nasty rag to clean it. Last time going back to this Arby’s…or maybe any Arby’s at all, ever!!!

Very poor service! They have fixed my food wrong for the last time. The food cost too much to have your sandwich made wrong. They would not correct or give my money back. They told me to come back tomorrow! Fire the entire crew and shut the door.

About 2 weeks ago There Was a girl I can tell who hasn’t been working there long, but she Was the best worker I saw out of everyone!! She took my order Then ran to drop food and Taking drive thru payments!!! She Didn’t have a name tag But she was wearing A black Nike jacket I believe. I tipped her a couple dollars to show how much I thank her hard work. WHY ARE THE YOUNG WORKERS BETTER THAN THE MANAGEMENT?

The manager is horrible . She treats her employees like dogs . Talks to them any way she wants . Wonders why she can’t keep employees because she runs them away with her disrespectful mouth . Slowest Arby’s ever, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before i was acknowledged. Then another 10 minutes after i paid. They have employees standing around talking. The tea taste like the lines, or the pot has never been cleaned. They’re rude. And my order was wrong. So I sat for my order again. By then my cheese sticks were cold. There was no one else in the drive thru. I just don’t understand.

Waited 10 minutes in line (we were the only car) to find out after we ordered and paid that part of the food order was frozen and had to be refunded. Only two people working. Tons of food options marked unavailable. Traveling many hours on the road, trying to stop quickly but instead this was a waste of time. Feel bad for the kids trying to run the place, obviously management isn’t hiring enough ppl or supplying the products needed. Got a full refund and left. 🙁
