Today was my first time at a Panda. In my opinion the food was edible but I wasn’t crazy about it. The orange Chicken was a bit soggy for my taste prolly due to how ever long it sat in the sauce. The rice was delicious but very dry. I got the teriyaki chicken. It was very fatty, hardly any meat. The cream cheese ragoons were delicious.

Would give no stars if possible, I placed an online order and marked that I wanted s&s and extra. Go pick up my order and get back to work and no s&s, like come on its not that hard to put sauce in a bag for an order. Then went back to get the s&s and they only wanted to give me 3 packets for 3 different plate orders. Come on now do better.

The entrees were delicious (Honey Walnut Chicken & Orange Chicken) and the servers were friendly and efficient. The store was clean, but WAY TOO COLD!! The A/C was set way too low, might be good for the employees in the back, but the manager needs to set the temp at a more moderate setting and then LOCK THE THERMOSTAT from the fumbling fingers of the staff. We ended up being rushed and scooting out early because of the deep chill

I’m in your line. I’m told your closed and you have thrown the food away already. You’re supposed to be open until 9:30. You probably should update Google so people that assume you are open till 9:30 and get here more than 10 minutes before that time are aware that your food is thrown out in the trash and unavailable before 9:20. That way nobody is wasting trips over here. I’m sure the people that was behind me trying to order isn’t very happy as well. Closing at 9:30 does not mean all the employees clock out and leave at 9:30 it means you stop service at 9:30 and then you guys clean up throw the food away and go home.

Food was undercooked and when brought it up to the staff they were very argumentative and claimed there was nothing wrong. Proceeded to laugh because they thought i was being picky. Restaurant itself was dirty amd had to look over 4 tables before finding a semi clean one.

Food was great. Some things are a little on the spicy side, but wash away easily. The fried rice with a little Teriyaki (added @ home) and this was icing on the cake. Overall all very pleased despite being a chain and the prices are too bad either.

They were out of almost all the sides but they had cabbage so I was trying to work with them and take the cabbage. I asked because cabbage was strong that they be separated. Nope sorry they can’t do that unless they charge me for two separate orders!!! What!!! You don’t have the food, but can’t work with me while I’m working with you!!! They won’t allow you to have your food separated, I can eat with my food touching. Ridiculous place.
