Shake Shack was a big deal when it opened up here in Oakland and remains a tried and true staple of high quality fast food. The folks here run a well oiled operation and I never have to wait more than 8 or so minutes once I get my order in. Even better, it’s nice to have them adding more seasonal variety to their menu with things like the Chocolate Oreo Funnel Cake shake.

Love coming here, good prices and the food really fills you up. I don’t have any pictures but I recommend getting the chicken nuggets, so flavorful and amazing. Their BBQ sauce is great as well.

Visited the location right as they opened. The place was spotless and clean. We used the self order kiosks, very user friendly. The service was quick and the food quality did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was warm and flavorful. There is street parking available but we ended up parking a block down the street at a parking garage.

First time trying this place. I ordered the 6-piece chicken bites, regular fries and a double chocolate shake. They put the hot food in the bag right next to the shake. It took 6 minutes to drive home, and when I got there, the fries (up against the shake) were cold and the whipped cream on the shake was completely melted. I also got NO SAUCE with the bites. Ugh. Just ketchup. That’s the last time I’ll try that place.

This is one ofy favorite burger and shake restaurant! The burgers are awesome and the best we’ve had at any restaurant. They have a soft fresh potato bun, nice well done all natural burger with slight crisp edges and yummy shack sauce. Fries are nice and Crisp and dusted with sea salt

Disrespectfully stingy. Food wasn’t good either. What kind of stingy person fills a sauce container 30% of the way. Like is it coming out of their paycheck? I don’t understand this is just insulting. Burger was over cooked, chicken was over salted. Terrible.

Been here for the third time now since it first opened. Two times I got the ‘‘shroom burger. It was pretty good. Spicy fries, which they no longer seem to have, were so-so. Today I got the chicken shack Fries and an IPA. It was really really good… But the fries may be fresh but they just made me think of supermarket fries. The music is way too that’s why I’m only given the place a 4. The staff gets a 5! Nice folks!

Long story short, I was disappointed. My food was cold. My lemonade was almost $6 and had over half a cup of ice in it. And the young lady behind the counter started to help the white people who walked in after me before she helped me. The only reason I went was for the free Bitcoin incentive on my debit card.
