I’ve heard so much about Brandon’s Bistro. It’s a black owned business that was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere feels like eating among friends. It’s simply decorated and not very large. The service is great, but the food is fantastic. My omelete was fluffy, and the waffle had a nice spice. It’s plated beautifully and tasted as good as it looks. The drink was photogenic, and it wasn’t watered down. It paired well with the breakfast. I will definitely return to try lunch and dinner.

This was our first time visiting Brandon’s. Service is excellent from the moment you walk through the door. The food is excellent, I had the oxtails, hubby had fried catfish. The presentation of food and drinks is awesome, this is elevated dining for sure. They have nice old school music playing and it’s not super loud like some other spots I’ve been to in the area. I will say though, the atmosphere is lacking just a bit – the location is in a strip mall and the ding room feels like a casual cafe which doesn’t quite match the upscale food and prices. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Overall this place was a good place to dine, It was my first time there yesterday. The food was good I had no complaints on that everything was seasoned well and the temperature of the food was hot just how I like it. My waitress Michelle was very courteous she made sure I had everything I needed and even recommended some items to try. I had chicken and waffles, PO boy oxtail Philly with fries, and PO boy catfish with fries. The sweet tea was on point not too sweet and not under sweet. Their rum punch drink was very good and the presentation was excelled well. I liked the atmosphere they played some good music, I just wish they kept it on constantly it would play, then stop, turned up then turned down. The bathroom was also very clean which I was very pleased to see. It’s kid friendly but they don’t have a kids menu so you would have to order sides or just buy them a regular meal. They are a little pricey I spent over $100. I also didn’t like that they had service charge already in the bill that did not go to waiters or waitresses it splits between all of the other workers at least that was how it was explained to me. So I had to leave an extra tip just for the waitress which threw me for a loop because of the service charge. Besides that I would recommend trying the restaurant, I will definitely be back, just this time by myself and maybe do carry out instead of dine in.

I am usually the let’s go to south beach or wynwood for brunch, but let me tell you…this hidden gem in Pembroke Pines is absolutely my new go to for brunch. I went for my birthday and for our 1pm reservation, they were ready for us, which started the experience off on the right foot. Our server, Aleeyah, treated me like the birthday queen, but that didnt stop her from taking the BEST care of my friends. Overall the service really exceeded my expectations and Gabe was very accommodating and checked on us often. Then the food…I mean no matter where you looked in this restaurant, there was nothing but empty plates (everyone seemed to really enjoyed their meal). Mine wasn’t empty, but that’s only because the chicken and Waffles portion was huge! So I say all that to say, Brandon’s Bistro is a definite MUST TRY if you are in the Pembroke Pines area. I will be back and this has become my new brunch spot!

This was my second visit to Brandon’s Bistro. I enjoyed it so much, I brought my Mom for Mother’s Day. She absolutely loved it! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and modern. The hospitality and service were impeccable. I had a special request and the chef was able to accommodate! Thank you Chef Harvey! We ordered the salmon and grits and the fried catfish with collards. One bite and our mouths were watering! So delicious! Overall, a five star dining experience! Highly recommend.

10/10 experience for our first experience at Brandon’s. Everything we ate was delicious, hot and fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about the customers experience here. Shout out to our waiter Breyeon, attentive, personable and just overall welcoming. Shout out to Gorilla the bartender making my husband a Bellini from the heart that he absolutely LOVED! Chef Harvey, the food was amazing. We’ll be back!
