I ordered a pizza half extra cheese, it was delivered burned , the entire cheese was almost covered in burned cheese black. I called and they told me they were going to send another one. I waited 40 minutes and nothing so I called and a rude employee answered and told me my food was being made and that it was gonna be here shortly. After another 20 minute wait I called and asked if I was going to get my pizza or else just refund me my money because at that point I wasn’t as hungry anymore. So about an hour and 10 minutes after I had called about my burned pizza I got it, just to see it was burned again. Not as much as the first one but it was still burned. Worst experience ever! Won’t order from here again

They have to have trained staff to attend to the new business. For my part, I don’t go back there anymore because the cook and the person who collects from the box are very angry because my English is not very good and besides, he didn’t want to give me my purchase receipt. he got over it angrily that even the kitchen utensils were throwing hard on the table. I think Tony is very racist just because he is Moreno and I am Latino. And Very slowly in the works.

Needs new management. Thought my experience was just bad luck but from reading these reviews it seems like this particular Domino’s is not good. Food took over an hour to get to my house and when it came it was cold and not hot. The pizza and breadsticks were awful. Also the delivery driver left a part of my order at Domino’s and I had to wait 20 more minutes for my 2 litter bottle of soda. I would have never even bought Domino’s if Villa Pizza hadn’t closed shop earlier than they were suppose to. Villa Pizza claims they close at 10pm est on Sundays but when I called up at 9pm est they told me they were closed. Anyways it’s a shame that no real Pizza companies are open late on Sundays except Domino’s and the one in Burlington apparently is really bad. I even tried reheating the food in the oven and it still tasted awful. Worst $40 I’ve ever spent on food. I highly recommend not ordering from this Domino’s. If you don’t listen to my review or the other reviews on here that’s your fault. Also they knew the order was bad so they sent me 60 free points for a free pizza but I don’t want anything from this Domino’s. Felt like I was robbed $40 bucks. Food is too expensive for it to take over an hour to come and when it does come it taste like it’s been sitting out for an hour or two.

i’ve personally seen the manager erica verbally abuse employees! i was in complete shock that would speak to a employee like that in front of a costumer! i’ve have my food delivered late several times i honestly don’t know who made her manager but she needs to be fired she obviously can’t run a business. dominos just lost a customer!!

Horrible delivery service. Save yourself the headache and just order from somewhere else. An if you order online dont pay with card because they will send your food to the wrong address and you will have paid for someone else. Luckily i was gonna pay with cash so when they sent my food to the wrong address i didnt lose any money.

If there was a option Lower than 1 star I would give them that, I’m not from here so I didn’t know the address, I asked the man at my hotel desk and the extremely rude woman on the phone at 10:50 June 4th hung up, I understood that since I took a whole 3 minutes after that I called back and she heard my voice and once again hung up on me 0/10 customer service don’t recommend

Ordered the Honolulu Hawaiian but got a veggie pizza delivered instead. After taking the first slice, found an ant crawling around inside the box. It was definitely in a place that made it feel like it traveled with the pizza to us. Finally got a picture of it crawling away from the pizza where we originally found it.
