In the Cafe world, this is a good one. Menu has variety. Hearty soup. Roomy area around tables. Like others commented, was quiet and lovely music. Staff wasn’t hollering over clanging dishes. Will stop here again.

We were in town for something else and needed sustenance. Google brought this place up first and after skimming through several other options we wound up settling on this. And wow, the other reviews aren’t kidding when they say this place is great! The food is delicious, the serving sizes are decent but not ridiculously big, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is efficient, it’s kid-friendly, and best of all it’s QUIET. Extra points for the lighting and music. By that I mean it’s not super bright and the music isn’t overpowering.

This is a basic, to the point, hometown diner which is exactly what we wanted. The locals stare, but it is not unsettling. Service is fast and good, even when they’re busy. Food was great. Portions were generous. Playlist was poppin with 90s music, and some 80s too. Syrup thick. Pancakes wow. Bacon mmm.
