I really wanted to like the food but the food was not good. I ordered for pick up chicken picatta, the sauce was watery did not taste the lemon, it was like chicken broth with capers, the pasta was linguini with pink sauce and the sauce was not good. my husband ordered chicken corden bleu, and the chicken was not well done, it had a lot of watered down sauce, the side was linguini with marinara and the sauce felt like it was canned, i can describe like when you open a big can and the left over part is what they threw in. it was not good, i paid $42 and some change and it was not good, it is pricey, you would expect something good. very disappointed, in the food, If you do decide to try the food maybe go inside, the bread was old and stale and no garlic, maybe in person it is a bit better, but never going back. horrible.

Food is decent but for the price, the portion size, and location doesn’t add up. I have ordered here multiple times. My to go orders often have things missing. I ordered the meatballs tonight and they were definitely frozen and not homemade. Pretty good gage of an Italian restaurant is the meatballs….

We waited about 25mins to order for the server to bring us water and take our order, didn’t even say hi just asked if we were ready to order. we only stayed because my husband was insistent on trying it. One hour after that we got our food. On top of that, the server had a bad attitude rushing us after we had waited for them for all that time. Food quality was the same as we commercial grade food u can get anywhere, we had high expectations since we just moved to the neighborhood and were hoping to make it a regular, not happening.

Some things were good, but, I found it strange the way they prepared the shrimp parmesan, too pricy for most items (look closely) …also, I didn’t see a single Italian running the place..mostly what appeared to be Mexicans and Peruvians (which is perfect for those places, but not an Italian place, sorry!). I miss Nunzio’s…that was authentic!

I’ve known this place for many years now. Its cozy, clean and a good family environment. Service is pretty good as well. The Penne pasta with red sauce is excellent, my wife loves it! The rest of the food is great too and not expensive at all. I gave it 4 stars because they’re very weak in selection on the liquor…all their drinks consist of 3 or 4 types of beer and the rest is wine and Sangria, other than that the place is very very good.
