Yes I went to Papa Murphy’s, the young lady’s working there were very professional and helpful. They all had a very pleasant attitude. I purchased two family size pizzas took it home and popped them in the oven, it was basically love at 425 right after my 420 break. I was hungry.

Ordered ahead. Waited the full 30 minutes. Had not started my single basic pizza when I arrived. No other pizzas sitting on shelves. Not busy at all. Looks like just pre-making breadsticks etc. No apology. No urgency.

Because I was shopping at the south part of town, I got my pizza from a P.M. store there. I got home and noticed my pizza was missing the main ingredient, chicken. I didn’t want to drive back to the south end of town, so I took my pizza to this location (Mangrove Ave) and they added chicken to my pizza at no cost. I didn’t buy the pizza from their store and they could have charged me for adding the chicken. Great people! Great customer service! Thank you!

Ordered ahead to fit collection into my schedual, they hadn’t even started prepping it when I got there 2 mins before it was due, so sat around on their dirty bench for 20 mins while walk in customers got their food, no communication about why it took so long or even an apology.

Papa Murphys is wonderful. Its always cool and clean and smells like fresh cut vegetables—no grease smells, no over cooked meat smells… and the people who work there are always attentive and thier uniforms neat and clean. Its really a fresh and unique alternative to take out pizza. And the pizzas are overloaded if anything!!! Never skimpy on the cheese or meats!
