The food was delicious! Very fresh and clean. The menu included a good variety and the food was made very well. The service was not up to par with the food. Unfortunately the staff didn’t appear thrilled to be there and not very helpful considering it is a high end restaurant. The view and ambiance was amazing, but it was so incredibly hot inside it made it difficult to enjoy the food. Perhaps the AC was not working properly. I am a Floridian, so I can tolerate a lot of heat, but due to the prices and high end style restaurant it was shocking that it was so hot inside the restaurant. I would definitely come back for the food, but the heat and unmotivated staff are less appealing.

Great food and service for the 5 of us. The prix fixe menu was a wonderful deal with delicious choices. Beautiful plating. It could have been a perfect experience except for the sweltering heat in the dining room. It was so hot in the restaurant that it was really hard to enjoy our meal. This was our second visit and we will try to come again.

Absolutely phenomenal. The only thing better than the food is the waitstaff. Rob was our server and he is extremely personable, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again soon just to eat at this restaurant!

My husband and I came for my birthday and our Anniversary tonight. Excellent service our server’s name was Ben what a gem. Ask for him if you can. I had the Redfish and my husband had the Grouper. Our meal was fantastic and what a fabulous evening.

The food looked great. My dish, blackened fish, was too salty, which was really hard to taste the fish or enjoy it. The grouper was better. The portion is very small, and $40 per plate is really too much. I doubt that I may go there again. The atmosphere is nice, music is very loud. Service is good as well.

Service was great (thx Zak). The whole yellow tail snapper was probably my favorite dish all week! My wife wouldn’t have considered it, but now says it’s what she’d get if we go back! Great place for sunset dinner outside. UPDATE:. Went back a second time it was sooooo good! Rare for me, but just so beautiful sitting outside and the food was the best we had in Clearwater Beach.

My daughter and I had Thanksgiving 2022 dinner buffet at SHOR restaurant in Clearwater. The reviews were great and we wanted to do something special this year. I’m not sure why the ratings were so high. The food was not good and the service was below average. I’m comparing service to Flemings, Eddie V’s and Del Frisco’s restaurants. Next year we’ll pick one of those restaurants for the holiday. We paid over $200 for 2 people which wasn’t a bad price. But some of the food was inedible and not of the expected quality. Although we had reservations, to avoid a long wait to be seated, we had to eat outside on the patio. Luckily the weather made it a possibility. All in all, this restaurant choice could have ruined our holiday. I hope this review will help others make a better dining choice.
