They charged me $.60 for LIGHT ICE and when I told them it wasn’t an upcharge they argued with me. They also argued that I couldn’t make a cold brew with sugar free because the foam, when I just asked for sugar free syrup. They started making my order before I even finished telling them how I wanted it made. Both girls were argumentative and the one guy just stood in the back. They called customer service when I said I wouldn’t be receiving a drink with an upcharge for less ice, but I had already walked away. No attempt was made to resolve the issue. The next Starbucks that I went to had ZERO charge for light ice.

The red head half listened and didn’t get my order right. Gave me the wrong size. And kept half of what I ordered. I pay extra for the 3 shots of espresso. I want every drop. Will not recommend this location.
