0 stars from me if I could. I placed an order and wait 3 hours for my pizza. I called once and the lady on the phone was unconcerned that I had waited already an hour for my pizza and proceeded to tell me it’ll be 3 and a half hours for my pizza. Precisely when they close?? like okay. I call to cancel my order 35 minutes before they close and they tell me my order still isn’t ready and the guy is just like yup we will refund you. No credit for a pizza I waited on for 3 and a half hours and never received. I’ll never order from here and recommend nobody else to especially if it’s for delivery!

This 3rd time ordering from this address, first time was great,brought to door in reasonable time. Pizza was good. 2nd time ordered pizza left half pepperoni off. Ordered tonight got attitude from driver because he has been calling for me to come downstairs and pick up my pizza. Call store lady recognized my number said guy tried calling he left, I didnt get chance to say anything to lady that answered the phone(seemed like she had attitude she said he tried calling so he left) Told her I was calling to apologize I didnt know they weren’t bringing it to my door and I gave him a $15.00 tip. Bad bad service and communication. When I said last driver’s brought it to door she said the were breaking the rules.which driver did bring it up,with attitude

Well let me start out with Jack’s Pizza has always been my favorite place for over 30yrs. Not so much anymore. We got a pizza tonight and it wasn’t good at all. Toppings were very small. Asked for light sause……. regular amount of sauce. We asked for extra cheese…… regular amount. I don’t know what they have been putting on the pizzas lately but it has been so spicy I can barely eat it anymore. I am more than disappointed in this location.

Pizza was soggy and the breadsticks were not done at all. When we called, the manager said that the pizza was soggy from the tomatoes and that you have to ask for the breadsticks to be fully baked. Will not be returning.
